Her ‘No Apology Rule’ neutralizes patients’ reluctance to request Ad hoc evaluations i.e. unscheduled appointments, or phone calls to the Doctor’s office to garner additional information or pose questions after their scheduled visits.
She highlights the possible clinical repercussions if patients are reticent to, or uncomfortable with, requesting unscheduled evaluations by their physicians.
