These are the messaging, marketing and selling secrets that virtually no one is talking about. So let's dive in. Hey, welcome back to another episode of captivate and close. How are you? Today, my friends, so good to be here with you for another amazing podcast day. I love it. When new episodes drop, I love knowing that I have the privilege of dropping into your hearts and your minds and really pouring into you wherever you are in like, not just right now, but in your season of life and your season of business and not truly I do not take for granted. And the more successful our business is and becomes the more gratitude I feel for the opportunity to be a part of our journey with our clients, our journey with you, our listeners, and really the larger audience at hand. I know that we talk a lot about this in relation to content creation, I think we hear all the time like I need more followers, I need a bigger audience. And we're always asking like, Are you being a good steward of the current audience you have right now are you being a good steward of the followers that you have right now. And when you can kind of pause and stop reaching for I need more and really be in the present of the fullness that is of your current business like you will not only feel so much more joy, but you will be able to step into a frequency that's much more attractive, right? When you think of that energetic exchange. So that's not what we're talking about today, though, what we're talking about is how to know if you are prepared to grow beyond hundred k. Now this is for you, if you are perhapsKinsey Machos:
just getting started. I know if you're like me, I'm always like several steps ahead of myself always planning ahead from the sense of just knowing that I'm on the right path strategically. I'm an over analyzer. I'm, I'm a strategize er, obviously, in all of that I do. It's it's, it's deep within me, you know, it comes from the corporate background, and also what we do now. But it also just gives you sort of that sense of relief. And what's cool is whether you're just getting started and you're listening to this, or you're sort of starting to reach those consistent, or even inconsistent three to 5k months, perhaps you're starting to really close in on those eight to 10k months, maybe everything in between it's ebbing and flowing. But just to hear the validation of like, Hey, you're on the right track, here's what you need to keep an eye for, as you not only reach the hundred k milestone, but start to grow beyond that. I don't know why. But I always had it in my mind in this idea of reaching hundred k, that at that point, when you go from six to seven figures, everything changes, the strategy changes, things become more complex. And you have to sort of pivot in order to hit that next big milestone, which is some figures but Oh, my goodness, you guys that is so far from the truth. And that's really what I want to overcome for you today. Because I want to prevent you from sabotaging your business because you're going to notice once you hit that hundred k mark, there will be a wave of momentum for you. And what we see all the time, when our clients hit this mile marker is the same thing. It's like they're coming in hot with their momentum, bigger than life. And all of a sudden, they take this idea that I'm bigger than life, I'm riding those waves of momentum. So I'm going to do big things, which means I need a big strategy. And I need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. And I know that's not what you're gonna say. But ultimately what we see is that's what people are clients try to do. And so this episode is really to show you that that is not the case. What to prepare for now, not just to hit hundred k, but to grow beyond hundred k Because I find that this is a huge milestone, not just for or you and your business to sort of feel obviously accomplished. But it will and potentially can be a point of sabotage. So this is for you. Again, if you're just getting started, this will help you get an eye for what to look out for what to keep in mind as you're going to hundred k. And if you are already starting to stretch their or even beyond that, and you feel like you're kind of stuck between that hundred k, maybe five hundred k Mark, this might help you understand why. So when we think about growing to hundred k, our core philosophy is this one message, one offer one channel, right one client acquisition source. And nobody's talking about this, it's really about, I think the message that I'm hearing more and more today from the clients that come to us is this idea that I need more, in order to get more, I need to have more, in order to get more, right, I need a bigger audience, I need a bigger following, I need to have more webinars, I need to have more recorded videos, I need to have more offers in order to go next level. And this is again, so misconstruedKinsey Machos:
in such a big way, because what happens is we end up sort of just spinning the wheels, and we dig deeper holes for ourselves. And it's super unfortunate, because people so talented, so brilliant, are now caught in the doing of their business, because they've been taught all these tactical level strategies that have been sold to them as this version of what they need in order to create success online. But what I want to tell you today is you don't need a lot, because what I want you to sort of grapple with is the fact that hundred k is not very big. And if you can accept the fact that hundred k milestone great hundred k year, okay, and and we're at we're sitting around tables, we're like hundred k, it's not about hundred k year, it's like hundred k months, and five hundred k months, right? So what happens is your vision grows and your beliefs grow, and you're starting to become exposed to like, bigger, better things are not necessarily better, but bigger ideas. And so what used to feel overwhelming or impossible for you is like yesterday's news, and that's what I really want for you in in in the context of this particular conversation is like, what if you were to believe that hundred k Here is not even that much. And it's totally doable? When we start to put things on a pedestal of like, oh my gosh, that's so much money. That's such a big milestone, we put it above us, and not is backwards, right? What do you need to do in alignment to who you need to be? To achieve those things? Those are the types of questions we want to answer.Kinsey Machos:
But at the end of the day, my friends hundred k year, simple, simple, simple, simple. Again, it goes back to one message, right, you have one avatar and you have one offer for them, and you have one consistent client enrollment process that you are starting to master. If you try to add in more than one offer, what you don't understand is that it is splitting hair, it is splitting energy. Especially if you have more than one offer for more than one avatar. This creates a disconnect in your audience. Now while it is possible to speak to more than one avatar and have more than one offer for more than one avatar that really is for a different sequence in your business. And this is really what I want you to take away is that everything is about sequence. If you try to model somebody's business, but you don't understand the sequence of how they got to where they're at, and you're only pulling a piece of that without understanding the before and after which most experts most leaders are teaching is like one piece to the puzzle. It's really hard to create success. You can not replicate success without understanding the sequence to that success. And so what we want to create for you is the building blocks or rather the foundation to those milestones because ultimately we want them to build on top of one another, not create do disconnect or fragmentation within your business. And this is what happens. I think it's this idea that once I hit hundred k, then I need to add in all these different things. And this is happening, even for those of you that probably aren't at those consistent three 510. K months is like, I need to do more, I need to do more in order to create more. But we need to go back to basics in simplicity. And when we think about, are you ready to grow beyond hundred k? Some of the things that we look for are these one, a converting offer? Are you consistently selling an offer and getting yeses? If not a couple things we're either not making enough offers, or we're putting the wrong offer in front of the wrong audience. Most likely, it's a little bit of both, and it's not making enough offers, and it's just not a compelling offer. This is what we help you with inside of 10k, which is the core principles and foundations to grow into hundred k. But do not try to skip this step. When you think that you need more of something in order to get more clients or make more money. You need to master one converting offer. And it's so fascinating to me when when I see people give up on their offers and move on to creating new offers with the idea that if I just create something new, it'll be easier. But the same patterns, the same challenges the same misbeliefs are gonna come up in all scenarios, you have to sell yourself on your one offer and you have to keep selling yourself on it until you master it and mastering it is selling it to others and getting yeses. Again, I find thatKinsey Machos:
in order to cover the gap of a non converting offer, it's again the this idea that I just need a bigger audience. Or I just need a better sales page or whatever. That's not the case, my friends really start here with the basics of converting offer. Okay, this is fundamental to not just growing to hundred k, but growing beyond hundred k. Because if you don't learn the principles of one converting offer, what has you believing you can enter in a second, when we work with our female founders board clients, we help them introduce a second offer to their sequence, because you only need one offer to hundred k. After that point, we start to think about a scalable offer. This is a container that you are able to serve one to many reach more people without sacrificing your clients results and the integrity of your program. But we can't introduce a scalable offer until we've really mastered the principles of your one core signature program first, likely that one to one private coaching offer. Okay? Now after that, when we think of like what's needed to get to hundred k and beyond, we also need to make sure that our market is hungry for what we have to offer. Now, secondly, aside from having a converting offer, that's going to help you grow to hundred k and beyond, you need to be able to know how to consistently enroll clients. So it may be that you have a converting offer, you are getting yeses, but it's not as frequent as you would like. It's not as reliable or predictable as you would like. We do not want to add in new layers to your marketing to your selling if you don't have one consistent, reliable, clean enrollment process. Again, what we find is in order to cover this gap, if you have a gap like this in your business, that you're not consistently enrolling clients, or chasing squirrels, right, I just need more of something. I just need this in order to do that. But again, it just goes back to simple, basic principles of are you making offers to help people consistently and reliably in a way that allows you to attract and enroll people into your programs every day, every week, every month until you have that it would not benefit you to add in new layers of marketing, right this is this is often like a wall just launch a podcast because I'll just grow I'll just grow my audience then I just need a bigger audience or I'll go on tick tock I just need to be on another planet. For him, this is not going to benefit you if you haven't mastered that one enrollment pathway first. So if you are not consistently enrolling clients, attracting and enrolling clients through one pathway, that is your place to start, which of course, part of that equation is having a converting offer. But if you look at people coming into your ecosystem from start to finish, right, attracting somebody that's never heard of you, getting them warm to you and turning them into a hot buyer, mapping out that pathway and thinking about where are they coming from? How am I nurturing them? And how am I converting them to a client, and doing that consistently, again, every day, every week, every month, that is a fundamental principle of being able to grow beyond hundred k. Because once you master one pathway, what's cool is we get to enter in a new pathway. Again, this is how we support our female founders for claims that are growing from six to seven figures is really mastering that one, right, just like mastering that one offer, or mastering that one client enrollment process so that we can add in new processes new pathways, because once you have the foundation of one, you just apply the same principles to the other layers. And then you start to create this really incredible Omni presence to your marketing without having to work harder or do more. If you don't know how to get clients from a Facebook group, or Instagram or wherever you're hanging out, what has you believe in, you can get clients from podcast or Tik Tok, right? Again, it's the same principles now vastly in regards to Are you ready to grow to hundred k and beyondKinsey Machos:
is obviously your proven method, the results that you help your claims get. Now I know that a lot of people aren't talking about this. And it's, it's more about getting more claims making more impact or making more money or whatever that looks like. But very few people are actually talking about the quality of your program or service, and how to make sure that you are getting people results. While also growing your own business. And it is possible, it is possible to do both. But it does require a sense of awareness and discipline. Because up until your your first hundred k you're just learning how to market and sell you most likely, unless you're in in my industry of marketing. Even if you are you're still learning how to market and sell online in a saturated space, that most likely, again, is not your zone of genius. And so even if you're a health coach, or a relationship coach or a family coach, you have to become a master at marketing and selling if you want to make it online, which is again, why most people hire us in the first place so that we can support them in that process and, and really elevate their messaging marketing with little effort. But it does require a lot of capacity up until that hundred k energetically, emotionally mentally, because you're just learning the fundamentals of the online business space. And so you're gonna have less capacity or awareness for like, what's really working with your clients? Or where are they getting stuck. Now, this is why I really wanted to deliver this episode because if you can at least start to capture lessons learned in working with your clients. And this episode isn't necessarily to discuss group coaching versus one to one coaching. We have a couple other episodes in relation to this. And I talk about our core philosophy in this regard. By but I want you whether it is group or private, if you have awareness or the ability to start capturing the lessons learned from working with your clients that you will be able to make that transition a lot more smoother. If you know what's working for your clients, if you know how to get them bigger and better and faster results, which you don't have to worry about your first hundred k But at least becoming aware of the workings of your clients, right? What what are their patterns? Where are they getting hung up? Where do we need to test adjust tweak pivot in order to start to shortcut their pathway. This is ultimately when you start becoming more of a prolific coach when you learn your clients so well and what they need and what they don't mean that you can get them bigger, better, faster results. And also start to do it in one two. Many, okay, again, we're not going to dive into this. But this is ultimately when you start to make the trek from six to seven figures, introducing that scalable offer, it's going to require that level of awareness. But what you can do right now, as you start to look ahead of yourself is at least getting out a Google Doc and start really making note of all the learnings from your clients, because you'll think you think you will remember it, but I promise you won't, even if you have a better memory than I do. And so if you start to plan in accordance to that level of growth and scalability, you will be much more prepared for it. But that ultimately is the the biggest piece, when you think about growing from six to seven figures and starting to prepare for that track, it's going to become about streamliningKinsey Machos:
your intellectual property, how to condense your teachings into a repeatable pathway. And really learn how to increase your coaching ability to get more than one person a result at a time, which is a skill. And this is why up until hundred k, or even more so is just immersing yourself in the work of your claims and working with them, getting your hands dirty with them. So you can learn as much as you can about them. So many people want to like bypass this and skip past this so fast. And I just want a membership. I just want a group and I want the time leverage program. But you cannot create that level of success in those type of containers by bypassing this part. And this is why this episode is so important when you think about how to know when you're ready to go beyond hundred k. And preparing for that this is the crux of everything is just becoming so curious about your claims, and being on the journey with them and really committing to doing the work in clocking or coaching hours, so that you can better equip yourself as a coach and taking your clients on that journey with you. So just to be able to recap here, if we think about what do I need to prepare for as I grow to and beyond hundred k. First of all, it's a converting offer, right? It's something that people will actually buy, that people are saying yes to. Secondly, it's that consistent client enrollment. So not only are you getting yeses, but you're consistently getting yeses. You're able to fill up your pipelines, right, you're you have consistent leads coming in. And you're able to consistently turn those leads into clients with one proven pathway, whether this is through Facebook, through your group through Instagram, wherever we're, again, one platform one offer one message, you don't need to be on more than one platform to grow to hundred k. And it allows you to build out that reliable predictable system for attracting and enrolling clients consistently came, you have to master that first before we add in new layers of client enrollment pathways. And then lastly, just to recap, is really learning to become a student of your clients and studying their results. So that you can equip yourself to serve them in a bigger, more scalable version of what you're doing now without sacrificing their results without sacrificing the integrity of of you and your reputation. When you try to bypass all of this, which many of us have, I've tried to take shortcuts and I always had to come back to these basics. It just is going to feel clunky, it's going to feel harder and more importantly, when you move away from these core fundamentals and think that you just need more instead of just going deeper and mastering what you already have. It's just it's going to keep you on the straight and narrow and keep you in that phase of momentum instead of losing it sabotaging it and feeling like you have to start over.
