So this week, the focus is around your story and specifically about writing a book. And one of the other challenges that comes with wanting to write a book is well haven't got time. Where on earth am I going to fit in the time to make it happen? There's so many other things to do, it's really not a priority. I want to put to you that it's not time that's the problem. It's actually a resistance. A fear potentially, of you actually telling your story, you're holding yourself back. Because if we think about we look through the lens of something like our well being our health. When we get really ill or injured, we find time we find time for forest, we find time for recovery. And we allow other people to do things for us. When I feel like we have to do everything. It's amazing what we will do when with is forced upon us. So are you making writing your book a priority? Are you coming up with excuses, rather than finding inspiring reasons to get it done? Is there a fee holding you back, you're holding yourself back. Because more than likely getting your story out to the world is gonna have a massive positive impact on you on your business, when your exposure on your credentials. And ultimately, if you're in business, your bottom line. Really, another really important point is around time is if you try and write your book over a six, even six month period, but the year or two. But within six months, you've kind of grown again and you've changed your ideas. And you may feel like what you've written is no longer relevant. So again, another reason to give it the priority and have the right time to get it down. Sit in question What am I resisting? What am I holding back? What will getting this book done actually given me what I bring into my world? Why might I be fearful of that? Because, you know, often it's not fear of failure. More often than not, particularly in business. It's fear of success. Am I ready to stand in that spotlight? Am I ready to stand out? And of course it plays into grief around whatever we've experienced, maybe your parents were big on being fair, and you were continually pegged back down to earth when have you felt yourself maybe excelling in an area? Who knows there's lots of different things that play out in childhood grief. keep us stuck that keep us holding back. that keep us from sharing our story with the world. So if you're ready to write your book in the New Year, getting clear Having that, making that time prioritizing it, and then addressing what it is that might actually be holding you back. It's amazing what you can get done in a short period of time.
