Hey friend — so let me ask you a quick question: when you think about “getting visible” in your business… what comes up first? Excitement? Anxiety? Maybe a little bit of both?
You’re not alone.
Most of the women I coach are deeply passionate about what they do — they have a message, a mission, and a heart to serve — but when it comes to putting themselves out there in a strategic, faithful, and non-exhausting way… that’s where the fog rolls in.
Today, we’re going to clear that fog.
This episode is all about building what I call your Kingdom Visibility Blueprint — a plan to expand your reach through aligned, Spirit-led collaboration, not just content overload. And we’re going to make it really practical.
And, if you didn’t get a chance to listen to the last episode on visibility mindset, definitely circle back to that one after this. It lays the spiritual foundation for everything we’re about to build here — and trust me, you’ll get more out of today’s episode if that heart work is fresh in your mind.
Let’s dive in.
INTRO
Hey friend. Today we’re going deeper on the subject of visibility. It’s, more than content calendars and batching posts. I want to talk to you about what for some of you will be a whole new way of thinking about visibility. This episode is going to be super practical, so if you’re multi-tasking, by all means listen through but maybe come back and relisten with a notebook in hand. AND I have a little download you can grab that will be a good memory jogger for all of this as well.
If you're like a lot of the women I coach, you're already showing up on your own platforms. You're posting, you're emailing, you're sharing stories... and yet it feels like you're talking to the same group over and over again.
That’s because most visibility strategies stop short. They’re inward-facing. They keep us stuck in our own bubble.
But here’s what I want to suggest: Visibility should expansive. It’s about collaboration, co-marketing, and courageous obedience to get your message in front of people who need it — even if they’re not already in your world.
So, how the heck do you do that? I’m glad you asked! You guys probably already know that I am a lifelong learner. I love learning new things. And I have been learning from other people on the subject of visibility for the last several months and working on this in my own business. So, today I am going to lay out what I call your Visibility Blueprint. It’s a strategy that focuses on building bridges with other like-minded entrepreneurs so that you can:
• Expand your reach without burning out
• Serve new audiences with real value
• And stay rooted in your mission, not the algorithm
Let’s break this down together.
Start with Mission Alignment
First, you need to do a little discovery work. Who are the people doing mission-aligned work?
You’re not just looking for other business owners in your niche. You’re looking for women (or men) who share your heart for Kingdom impact.
Think about the voices you’re already drawn to. Whose words challenge you? Who consistently shares from a place of integrity and Kingdom vision? Who makes you think, "I’d love to have a conversation with her — not just for content, but because I know we’d create something meaningful together?"
Don’t overthink this. Just start with a list of names that come to mind. They might be people you’ve followed for a while, or someone who recently shared something that struck a chord.
You also need to look for people who have businesses and/or offers that complement yours well. You don’t want them to be competing but collaborative.
Then take a minute to pray over that list. Ask God to highlight the relationships He wants to deepen or open. This isn’t networking in the traditional sense — this is Kingdom alignment. Yes, you’re trying to grow your audience. But you’re also showing up with a heart to serve and to partner in what He’s building.
Strategic Ways to Co-Market Your Message
Once you have a few aligned people in mind, you can start thinking about how to collaborate in ways that feel mutual, creative, and purpose-driven. A win for both of you and both your audiences.
Let’s walk through some options — and as I do, I want you to listen for what lights you up. Please don’t try to do them all. Just ask, “What feels like a good fit for this season?”
These are going to be a little bit rapid fire (especially if you are listening on 1.5 speed), but remember you can get these in the freebie at the end.
1. Instagram Live Collaborations
Going live with someone is one of the simplest, most accessible ways to introduce yourself to a new audience — and it builds trust quickly because people are seeing you in real-time.
You could choose a timely topic, share personal stories, and offer practical takeaways. Keep it casual. Let it feel like a coffee chat your audience gets to overhear.
When you go live, both of your audiences are notified. That alone is a huge boost in visibility. And if the conversation is valuable, people will follow you not just because you were featured, but because they felt seen.
2. Podcast Guest Swaps
This one is gold. Podcasts are intimate, long-form, and personal. If you already have a podcast, think about inviting a few aligned voices on — and offer to do a guest episode for them in return.
You could even split a two-part episode: one on your show, one on theirs, covering different angles of the same topic. It creates a sense of continuity that encourages people to follow both shows.
And if you don’t have a podcast? Don’t let that stop you. You can still pitch yourself to shows that align with your message. Offer a few talking points that would serve their audience, not just promote your work.
Make the pitch personal. Let them know why you love their show. Offer a specific angle that fits what they’re already talking about. And most importantly — show up to serve.
3. Email List Takeovers
Email is still one of the most intimate and high-converting platforms — and collaborating here is powerful.
An email takeover is where you write a message that gets sent to someone else’s list, usually with a soft intro about who you are and what you do.
This can be used to:
• Share a story that connects with their audience
• Invite them into your world with a free resource
• Or introduce them to a fresh perspective or encouragement from someone they trust (you!)
It’s important here to be generous. This isn’t about list-grabbing or pushing a product. It’s about offering value that makes someone’s day better. That’s how you build trust.
I would make that one a swap too.
Please keep in mind that if you have a smaller list – you don’t want to pitch this to someone who has a ginormous list. Start small and grow together.
4. Guest Blog Posts or Article Swaps
If writing is your strength, this one’s for you. Look for aligned websites, blogs, or Substack writers whose audience overlaps with yours.
You could offer to write a devotional, a practical how-to, or a thought leadership piece from your unique angle. Or you could host a guest post on your own blog.
You might even create a collaborative content series — like "Faith and Business: Five Perspectives," where each collaborator shares one post from her lens. Then you all cross-promote. I actually like that idea so much – I’m going to do it!! So, if you’d like to collaborate on an email series with me – I’ve made it really easy! Just go to JanTouchberry.com/collaborate and fill out the little form there. I’ll be in touch.
This kind of long-form content can continue to bring visibility for months or even years — and it builds your authority along the way.
5. Panel Events & Roundtables
This one takes a bit more coordination, but the impact is huge.
Gather 3–4 like-minded leaders and host a virtual roundtable. It could be a Zoom webinar, a Facebook Live, or even a private group event.
Choose a theme — something your audiences care about — and have each person speak into it from her perspective. Then open up for Q&A or dialogue.
Each person invites their community, so the reach multiplies. And when the conversation is meaningful, attendees stick around — and want to follow everyone involved.
This is Kingdom visibility at its finest: collective wisdom, mutual honor, and shared reach.
I am also going to do a few of these in the coming months, so if you’d like to apply to be in the collab for a panel event or roundtable - JanTouchberry.com/connect
6. Freebie Bundles & Lead Magnet Swaps
This one can be powerful — especially during launch seasons or low-energy periods when you still want to build momentum. Team up with a few like-minded entrepreneurs and create a shared bundle of lead magnets, tools, or short trainings.
Each person promotes the bundle to their audience, and everyone gets new, aligned subscribers in return.
This could look like:
• A Google Doc or Notion page of linked freebies
• A formal bundle using a platform like ThriveCart
• Or just a list-style swap via email or Instagram stories
I did a whole podcast with Kristen Dronchi earlier this year. If you haven’t listened to that episode yet, go back and check it out for more ideas on how to make this work well. It’s episode 59.
If you decide to participate in one of these. Make it easy. Be generous. Let it feel like a gift — not some a gimmick.
The Heart Behind This Approach
Friend, let’s take a breath here. I know we’re talking about strategy, but I want to bring it back to the heart.
This isn’t just about growth. It’s about stewardship.
God has entrusted you with a message — maybe even a movement. But the people who need it most might not be following you yet. They might be following someone else who’s already earned their trust.
When you collaborate, you’re not riding coattails. You’re showing up to serve. And in that space, God does something really beautiful — He multiplies the impact.
So don’t dismiss yourself because you don’t have a big platform. Start where you are. Build relationships. Lead with generosity. Trust that God will open the right doors.
Because visibility in the Kingdom isn’t about being everywhere — it’s about being faithful where He plants you.

Let’s Recap Over Coffee
If we were wrapping up this chat over coffee, I’d probably lean in and say this:
You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room. You just need to be a faithful one.
God isn’t asking you to do this alone. He’s already placed people around you who are running in the same direction.
So take a step. Reach out. Propose a conversation. Offer value. And trust that the right people will respond.
Your voice matters. Your message matters. And someone else’s audience might be waiting to hear it.
I’m cheering you on — and I’ll see you next week.
