Shownotes
Joe Moglia learned the importance of leadership and how to communicate effectively and quickly rose through corporate ranks due to his ability to motivate others and his know-how to logistically complete tasks.
Joe began his Wall Street career as an institutional bonds salesman; however, his previous career as a successful football coach provided him the opportunity to hone his leadership skills and guide his teams to victory. After a few years, Joe returned to sports, having become an even better coach because of the experience he transferred from the business world.
Joe notes that the true test of leadership is what you do when things aren’t going well. When you’re winning, everyone is happy. If earnings are increasing, everyone is happy. The sign of a real leader is how you handle things under stress.
On this week's episode of Motivational Mondays, Joe shares his winning strategies for personal and professional success.
