We spend about a third of our lives asleep. We all know that sleep is essential, it’s as important to our bodies as food, water and exercise, and is vital for maintaining good mental and physical health. So why aren’t we prioritizing sleep in our schedules, and why do we continually put up with getting a shitty night’s sleep.
