Shownotes

Melissa Lanz is a former internet marketing executive who quit her day job in 2009 to promote good eating habits in the midst of a national health crisis.

She founded her first company,  The Fresh 20, from her kitchen table and two young children with a $2,500 investment. It wasn't a slam dunk. I hustled, failed, optimized, prayed and kept working hard.  Today, that simple idea has generated 8-figures in revenue. Her two kids are now teenagers and she and her husband have been married for nearly two decades.

Meilssa has also coached hundreds of people around membership business models, helping them not only find financial success, but also a deep personal sense of fulfilment.

Melissa attributes much of her professional and personal happiness and success to having the right systems and structures in place in the home and in business.
