═══🎙 CONCERT ANALYSIS
The Grateful Dead welcome spring with six shows in two of the most celebrated venues the East Coast has to offer: the Hampton Coliseum and the Philadelphia Spectrum. With plenty of energy and a slew of bust-outs, the tour was one to remember, containing the legendary Box of Rain in Hampton. But a closer look reveals why this may not have been either the show or the song of the tour. Be sure to check out all six shows!
From the podcast:
Catching lightning in a bottle, Garcia is in excellent vocal form for this performance. Maybe he found peace during the downtime granted by Drums. A great call, and there’s no doubt he will pull it out tonight, just one more time. We love it. Somehow, he has conjured a final magic trick to vocally redeem himself. The ups and downs of touring, of life...
Check it out.
