She has worked extensively with Boards of Directors, leadership teams, and various business leaders in optimizing the culture, morale and productivity of their workforces. In addition, she has successfully and personally managed mergers and acquisitions, openings and closings, union negotiations, building and relocating corporate headquarters operations, associate communications, public and community relations as well as building and restructuring HR teams.
