Todd was like most men, he wasn't into meditation, talking about his feeling or any other woo-woo. Then he did something out of the ordinary and agreed to accompany his wife to a wellness retreat. It was there that a guided meditation would change his life for the good. Since then he has developed a strong meditation practice and is now training to be a meditation instructor.
We talk about the positive changes men are making to become more vulnerable, communicative and balanced and how we can help each other find greater emotional peace and let go of trauma.
I for one look forward to when Todd teaches his first meditation class.
