ReGina Smithwick was born in Harlem, NY raised in Mount Vernon, NY via Teaneck NJ. She now resides in Winterville, NC with her three children. She is the founder of ReGina Smithwick Entreprises LLC, a Professional Organizer, Certified Life Coach, the creator of Let's Talk a Talk show & podcast, motivational speaker and author. She attended Virginia State University and received her Master of science degree in Organizational Leadership from National University. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
