Jim Brinkman, the manager of the Pitzer Ranch in Ericson, Nebraska, has been with the legendary ranch his entire life, and he's played an instrumental role in the ranch's success in the team roping world. 

He's a seasoned horseman and roper himself and has been involved in every aspect of the ranch's operation, from breeding and raising horses to training and competing on them.
