because I figured they can dry while I speak while I spend time

with you. So we're so busy with the dogs and work at the farm

that I never really take time for myself in the last couple of

days, maybe two weeks. And yeah, I feel I have to live what I

a little more. I hope you're doing well. I hope you get to

take time

Unknown:

for yourself. Put some time aside for yourself and enjoy

your own company.

Unknown:

Help When thoughts come up that you can simply observe them and

then go and don't engage in them. And maybe feel how you

feel connect to your heart. Put your hand onto your heart, or

Unknown:

maybe your hand on a belly, on your belly,

not a belly and connect to your body and know that your body is

Unknown:

always there for you. Always working to be in balance always

working for you to be healthy.

Today, I decided to post a little meditation for you

meditation for when you simply want to feel at peace.

Unknown:

Find a comfortable seat, or maybe lay down on the ground.

Unknown:

If you choose to sit down. Then roll your set bones back and

Unknown:

forth so that your

Unknown:

lower back. finally finds a little bit of an arch.

Unknown:

Roll your shoulders up and back

Unknown:

and slightly tuck your chin to elongate your neck

Unknown:

if you feel like it, close your eyes.

Unknown:

Take a deep inhale

Unknown:

through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Unknown:

Inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

maybe you've been very busy in the last couple of days or

Unknown:

weeks. Maybe you feel exhausted. Maybe you feel totally energized

Unknown:

know that this is the sweet spot that you can always come back to

Unknown:

it is a space it is time that you give to yourself

Unknown:

and where you put your monkey mind into the back seat and your

Unknown:

heart is at the steering wheel.

Unknown:

So whatever your mind comes up with on this is boring. This is

Unknown:

different than I thought any judgemental thought any opinion.

Unknown:

let it float by.

Unknown:

It is your mind that is still in. Let's get shit done mode and

Unknown:

feels like this is a waste of time. I want to get things done.

Unknown:

I want to be out there and hustle. I want to connect with

Unknown:

people I don't want to miss out.

Unknown:

But your heart knows that you need this time

Unknown:

to be even more productive out there.

Unknown:

Again, deep inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

Inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

see how valuable this time is that you take

for your time, yourself, sorry. You can reflect about things

Unknown:

right after their meditation. You can let things go and you

Unknown:

can let things be

Unknown:

you can just be in the moment and enjoy your own presence.

And after this,

you can make better decisions. You make the decision based on

your true self.

Unknown:

Inhale

and exhale with the intention to let go.

Inhale to inhale, peace and quiet.

Unknown:

Exhale to let go tension and expectations.

Unknown:

Inhale to breathe in fresh air energy.

Unknown:

Exhale to let go of old energy, opinions, judgment

Unknown:

continue imagining

Unknown:

breathing in goodness

Unknown:

and exhaling stuff that you don't need anymore

now imagine other people listening to this episode to

this podcast and doing exactly the same. And they might be in

India and Germany and the US and the UK, and Switzerland.

We all have the same intention. Isn't that beautiful?

Come back to your breath.

Relax the muscles around your eyes.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your temple.

Relax your shoulders. Maybe one more time roll them up and back.

I totally forgot to mention your arms at the beginning but you

probably know what is best for you.

Palms up facing the sky for openness and receiving

palms down for feeling grounded

Unknown:

come back to your breath

scattered that you feel distracted. Maybe not. But if

that's the case, sometimes I love to use visualization. So

are you walking barefoot through a forest

Unknown:

smell that scent of the trees

Unknown:

branches cracking under your feet.

Unknown:

light shining through the leaves

Unknown:

or maybe you walk on a beach

Unknown:

and feel the sand between your toes.

Unknown:

Whichever image makes you feel good and at peace you pick and

Unknown:

then you just walk and breathe and feel your environment.

Unknown:

Feel how at peace you are.

Unknown:

This will directly affect you

Unknown:

A heart and how you feel sitting down or laying down

Unknown:

your thoughts are

Unknown:

so incredibly powerful, they affect everything they affect

Unknown:

your environment. And they felt affect how you feel about

Unknown:

yourself how you feel about your environment.

Unknown:

So if you can bring up beautiful, peaceful images

Unknown:

it is a good way to discipline your mind and to positively

Unknown:

affect your heart.

Unknown:

And when your heart is in a good and happy place,

Unknown:

then your body is in a happy and good place and

Unknown:

secretes brings out however you say that in English, positive

Unknown:

hormones, endorphins, oxytocin

Unknown:

and that in order to makes you healthy, and stress resilient.

Unknown:

So to master your mind to discipline the mind

Unknown:

is such

Unknown:

a critical tool.

Unknown:

This is what I'm

Unknown:

helping you to do here. And I hope you can benefit from it. I

hope I can bring you peace

Unknown:

and goodness into your life.

Now if you were seated, bring your hands in prayer position in

front of your heart and bow down to your heart.

And if you were laying down, roll onto your side, push

yourself up into a comfortable seat

and place your hands in prayer position

Unknown:

pressing your thumbs against your heart

Unknown:

volume mind to your heart

Unknown:

the light in me honors the light and you

Unknown:
