This week, I’m thrilled to be joined by someone I greatly admire, Nancy Rudgers, the Corporate Engagement Manager at nourish.NJ. Nancy has been with nourish.NJ since 2009 and wears many hats—she's been involved in everything from business development to food distribution! Her motto, “Be the Change!”, shines through in her work every day.

In this episode, Nancy shares her inspiring journey with nourish.NJ and gives us a behind-the-scenes look at the incredible work the organization does to combat hunger, homelessness, and poverty. We talk about the impact of their services, their commitment to equity, and the innovative solutions they bring to the community. From providing meals and housing to employment support, nourish.NJ truly embodies their mission of lasting change.

Nancy also opens up about her own path from corporate banking to nonprofit work, and how her passion for helping others continues to drive her today.
