but our bodies are we've since Thursday night

today is Saturday we've been doing a water fast

and we're actually in beautiful south central Wales

in a beautiful national dark sky preserve

and actually surrounding me is this

these incredible oak trees

and this is actually a temperate rainforest

there's some very unique lichens Mosses ferns

liverworts and moss here that are unique to this area

this is actually similar to a rainforest

like in the Amazon but not as warm

you see there's sort of wetness everywhere

everything is dripping and wet

and there's a lot of spray from nearby rivers

and mountain streams

and it's an amazing place to

we've been staying since Thursday night

it can be very difficult to keep in harmony
