Shownotes

Writing emails is one thing. Turning them into a $20K launch machine? That’s next level.

Benita Königbauer, a tax advisor and author, was stuck in the hustle—chasing clients, juggling work, and hitting a ceiling. Her business depended on her constant presence, and when life got hectic, income dropped.

But in just a few months, Benita flipped the script. She ran a single, strategic email launch that brought in over $20K—no ads, no big list, no burnout.

Here’s how she did it, and how you can too.

00:00.48

Kennedy Kennedy

How does a German tax accountant do a 20 grand launch in just a few short days? We're going to uncover all the secrets of exactly how Benita Kay did this in today's show.

00:40.77

Kennedy Kennedy

Benita, my friend, how are you?

00:43.53

Benita Königbauer

I'm good. I'm super happy I'm here.

00:46.67

Kennedy Kennedy

I'm excited too. um we've been You've been with a client of mine for a little while now, and let's just wind the clock back a little bit. First of all, tell everybody listening and watching what your business is, what is it you do, how you help people, how that's packaged up, just so I know what the hell we're talking about today.

01:03.73

Benita Königbauer

Yeah. So my kind of secret superpower is actually to help business owners. And by now it's especially other tax advisors to fall back in love with their business.

01:16.78

Benita Königbauer

And we do this by designing their dream practice, their dream business, that not only provides decent lifestyle for them, but also brings them personal fulfillment so that they can build a successful business and enjoy their life at the same time.

01:32.46

Kennedy Kennedy

I love it.

01:32.76

Benita Königbauer

so

01:32.95

Kennedy Kennedy

Okay. So you're working with a very professional services industry. And we have a number of our clients who are in that. i have ah another guy who, from the UK, he helps um accountants to grow there their practices. You're much more about work-life balance.

01:48.54

Kennedy Kennedy

um I love that because at the end the day, that's why we sort of start our own firms, isn't it? That's that's kind of why we do it. And what format does this take in? Is this courses? Is it coaching? Is it one-to-one consulting? Like, what's the deliverables that you offer in this niche?

02:02.85

Benita Königbauer

so this is a mix of different things I do have ah a 12-week accelerator program this is for those

02:05.64

Kennedy Kennedy

Okay.

02:10.21

Benita Königbauer

who want to get started with their dream business, their dream practice, actually to go through all the rooms in their house of their practice and just have wiggle here and look there.

02:21.28

Kennedy Kennedy

and

02:24.82

Benita Königbauer

What is good? what What do they want to keep? And what do they want to change? So this is the accelerator program.

02:31.78

Kennedy Kennedy

okay

02:32.08

Benita Königbauer

The accelerator program then, if someone wants to, can lead into a mastermind.

02:35.60

Kennedy Kennedy

Right. Okay.

02:39.05

Benita Königbauer

So I do have tax advisors in the mastermind program where we meet every week and solve um dream practice very ah related problems together as a group.

02:47.91

Kennedy Kennedy

right

02:49.90

Benita Königbauer

And for those who actually want to dive very deep or to do not like the group setting, um I'm offering VIP days where I'm diving deep into one problem and get them unstuck.

03:01.92

Kennedy Kennedy

okay

03:08.11

Kennedy Kennedy

Good. Good. I love it. And um what's the sort of range of price points that you're talking about on these things? um Because you don't have a super low ticket self-study course, do you? I don't think.

03:22.19

Benita Königbauer

I do, but these are more complimentary things where people can check out if they like to work with me, actually.

03:25.52

Kennedy Kennedy

Right.

03:29.59

Kennedy Kennedy

Sure. Yeah.

03:29.91

Benita Königbauer

That's what they are.

03:29.99

Kennedy Kennedy

Like a little sample taster.

03:31.34

Benita Königbauer

It's like my playground where...

03:34.52

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah. Yeah.

03:35.46

Benita Königbauer

Kind of what I checked out with you when i when I came into your programs, I checked out a low ticket thing to see if I can work.

03:35.60

Kennedy Kennedy

Okay. Okay.

03:39.62

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah. Yeah.

03:43.27

Benita Königbauer

And so I do have those. um Everything that is really on the ah facing the client is from euro.

03:55.68

Benita Königbauer

euro

03:56.81

Kennedy Kennedy

yeah

03:57.15

Benita Königbauer

upwards. So we have ah the accelerators 3.6. The VIP days start at 2.5 for a day. And the mastermind program is around 9k euro a year.

04:12.21

Kennedy Kennedy

Okay, great. Love it. That's the price points like that. Very hands-on, very, um you know, very, but, but, so you know, semi-scaled as in, you've got some, it's group.

04:20.79

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

04:21.14

Kennedy Kennedy

It's not all one-to-one. You can take on a capacity of people.

04:22.82

Benita Königbauer

Yes.

04:24.25

Kennedy Kennedy

Love it. Okay. So let's get into the email marketing bit. So, Before you so we started working together, you joined our Blueprint program and our Academy program for the ongoing support.

04:34.33

Kennedy Kennedy

um What was the problem that you were really trying to solve at that particular time? What was the thing you were like, i need to fix this?

04:42.94

Benita Königbauer

Yeah. Um, First thing was i wanted to write emails instead of being on social media all the time. I've been on social media for years. I've done that game. i i played it well, um but I didn't really enjoy it much.

05:00.42

Benita Königbauer

So I'm an author.

05:00.57

Kennedy Kennedy

OK. Nice.

05:02.27

Benita Königbauer

i've I've written several books. And so I i love to write stuff. And so I was like, if I can just write to my people, this would be ah so much more enjoyable for me as well.

05:15.21

Benita Königbauer

And so i figured email marketing could be the thing for me. And I started writing a daily newsletter.

05:23.00

Kennedy Kennedy

nice

05:23.24

Benita Königbauer

um I had a very tiny list at that time because I never prioritized email before um and started to grow that list and write a daily newsletter. work daily email to them and I really enjoy that and the subscribers enjoyed it and as well and it was great.

05:41.86

Benita Königbauer

I liked it.

05:42.91

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

05:43.15

Benita Königbauer

But after I got into the habit, at the beginning it was like, oh my god, I have to write an email every day and took me about an hour.

05:52.46

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah. Yeah.

05:53.53

Benita Königbauer

then I got into the habit and it took me about 10 minutes, 15 minutes a day and I was like, yeah, okay, what's next? And next was for me to become a little bit more strategic.

06:05.36

Benita Königbauer

So I entertained people on my email list. I'm always writing story based. So I short story. How does it relate to their dream practice? What they can do right now to go their next step.

06:20.78

Kennedy Kennedy

God.

06:20.87

Benita Königbauer

So this was valuable and it was nice. um But it didn't move them Along the way, actually, it was like, um and there was no strategic approach. I was, when I had a launch, I also wrote about, yeah, I'm having a launch now, but it came like out of the blue.

06:39.54

Benita Königbauer

There was no preparation for them. If someone signed up the day before I announced a launch, or I even started a launch or i or had cut open, they were like, what is going on here?

06:50.54

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

06:50.94

Kennedy Kennedy

Right, right. It was like, you know, you're absolutely getting pummeled, pummeled, pummeled, pummeled. So think what's really interesting, I think what's getting really interesting here is you first formed the habit and you're giving all of this value.

06:55.79

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

07:03.15

Benita Königbauer

yeah

07:05.26

Kennedy Kennedy

And I think a lot of people can relate to this. I speak to business owners all stages of business all week long in masterminds that I speak at or I am in or whatever. And a lot of people at all stages, not just beginners, are all saying,

07:19.24

Kennedy Kennedy

I give a lot of value in my emails, but I feel like it's not giving me as much back because that's not the, the broad, like I'm not looking at the whole month or the whole quarter and going, how does this all fit together?

07:31.41

Kennedy Kennedy

How do I, and for you, I think it's really interesting. What we're saying there is you really were trying to figure out how do I really nice and tidily move into a launch?

07:43.14

Kennedy Kennedy

So it's not like happy, happy, happy. Now buy my thing. Now buy my thing. Like it's, it's like there's abrupt, like this abrupt thing, which is, you know, um which is, which is good.

07:51.44

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

07:53.39

Kennedy Kennedy

I really, really like that. Okay. That's cool. So, You came in and you were like, okay, I need to figure out how to do this launch. i need to bridge your your my subscribers from getting my stories, my daily, this is what I've been up to, this is kind of my favorite cup of tea and ah you know my coffee and stuff into I'm now going to launch, it in your case, it was your 3K accelerator program, wasn't it?

08:06.64

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

08:14.07

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

08:14.57

Kennedy Kennedy

So, You came in and I know we chatted and we talked about your work-life balance because that's important to you. That's one of the reasons that it's part of major part of your program ah that you teach your tax advisors and accountants.

08:20.87

Benita Königbauer

Yeah. Exactly. Yeah.

08:26.61

Kennedy Kennedy

Um, What was the first thing you implemented? So you you came in, you absorbed, you thought you came in because, think I remember you saying, you came because you thought you wanted us to install the score method.

08:40.77

Kennedy Kennedy

This series of people, this series of emails that people get when they first join your email list.

08:40.90

Benita Königbauer

exactly yeah yeah

08:45.98

Kennedy Kennedy

Is that right?

08:46.41

Benita Königbauer

Exactly. That was my aim at that moment. I felt like I want to be more strategic. I want to build a pathway for them that they can follow along smoothly and still know what is at the end of this pathway. it What can I buy here? How can I move forward with Benita?

09:07.14

Benita Königbauer

And so this was missing, completely missing in my program. And and this was, what I actually signed up for. And when I then was in your program, I joined the membership immediately because this was a very important thing to me that I can, I have access to a group and I have access to it to support.

09:29.48

Benita Königbauer

And so I enjoyed that very much. And I was ah little bit, I was very glad that I did this because when I opened that, vault of the blueprint. I was like, where do I even start? Everything seems interesting. And I'm like very easily distracted.

09:48.58

Benita Königbauer

And so

09:48.55

Kennedy Kennedy

I want to do it all.

09:49.98

Benita Königbauer

Yes, I want to do it all and I want to do it now.

09:54.69

Benita Königbauer

And yeah, so this kept me on track a bit because you have a thread that you have an onboarding sequence for new people. And I was going through there and I was check marking things off and saying, OK, this is next, this is next.

10:10.05

Benita Königbauer

Oh, probably this is next. And I attended the calls then. And I was learning with every call. I was learning a lot of things that I didn't even know that I was missing.

10:21.61

Kennedy Kennedy

Right. Yeah. I mean, it's amazing. You don't know what you don't know, do you?

10:24.97

Benita Königbauer

Yeah. yeah Yeah. It was a whole new world that opened for me. And so the struggle was actually focusing on one thing. Yeah.

10:33.87

Kennedy Kennedy

And let me just pull something back for a second. So before you got to that point where you were like, oh my God, there's this whole world of email marketing strategy and technique that I had no idea I didn't even know about.

10:35.85

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

10:40.25

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

10:45.05

Kennedy Kennedy

Like it's like the great unknown of I didn't know, I didn't know.

10:45.68

Benita Königbauer

yes

10:48.24

Kennedy Kennedy

How long had you been sending daily emails and doing email marketing, sending emails up until that point? So you'd been doing some stuff without this.

10:57.16

Benita Königbauer

Yeah, that has been about ah little more than half a year.

10:57.32

Kennedy Kennedy

How long had that been?

11:02.30

Benita Königbauer

I started at the beginning of March and I think I joined the program at the end of September.

11:07.44

Kennedy Kennedy

something like that yeah so for six months you'd been doing email marketing doing your thing thinking i'm doing email marketing and then it wasn't until you're inside you realized all of these levers and mechanisms that you were like wow i can see why this works even better and how email can really have have results for you and so what was the first thing you started implementing

11:08.52

Benita Königbauer

So.

11:30.08

Benita Königbauer

Then when it got to I got to implement, I had a launch coming up. So I always had free launch event with a VIP upgrade for more access.

11:33.85

Kennedy Kennedy

Oh, yes. Yes.

11:39.64

Benita Königbauer

And this was coming up and I've seen that the card open phase, how do I not only rely on the people who are in the launch that they know about the accelerator program, how do I transition

11:44.90

Kennedy Kennedy

Hmm.

11:53.68

Kennedy Kennedy

Hmm.

11:56.68

Benita Königbauer

the accelerator program to my whole list so that everyone who is on the list and didn't hear from the accelerator before and is not in the launch even has the chance to sign up for the accelerator.

12:12.97

Benita Königbauer

And that was the thing I had to figure out.

12:12.93

Kennedy Kennedy

Love

12:15.40

Benita Königbauer

And I brought that question to the to our open office call or massma I don't know which kind of call it was. It was an awesome call.

12:22.75

Kennedy Kennedy

it. One of our many calls that we give you. Yeah. Mm-hmm.

12:25.33

Benita Königbauer

One of these many calls. and ask you about this and Aiden. And then you helped me come up with a sequence, which was um the overture at that point where I have a six part email where I'm introducing that offer and how it would help them in a way that is still entertaining. So people that do not,

12:51.42

Benita Königbauer

think about joining the accelerator, still can enjoy these emails. And I had replies to these emails that they said, okay, I'm not your target market or I'm not your, I will not join the accelerator.

12:56.01

Kennedy Kennedy

Right. Right. Right.

13:04.19

Benita Königbauer

But I really, really enjoyed hearing about it. how you put this. And this was a game changer for me because it was strategic on the one hand, and still I didn't lose that contact with those people who are reading my emails and probably not in a place to buy a 3K program right now for whatever reason, time reason, money reason, whatever.

13:24.96

Kennedy Kennedy

For whatever reason, yeah.

13:29.54

Benita Königbauer

And so even they even they could enjoy it. And I felt really good about that. And I feel I even deepened the relationship. And an extra bonus was people are gained much more clarity around what I'm actually offering.

13:49.49

Kennedy Kennedy

amaze like Isn't it amazing?

13:51.14

Benita Königbauer

Yeah, that was amazing.

13:52.19

Kennedy Kennedy

but Because when you use what we call the overture campaign, the whole point of it is is to create clarity in your audience and they understand what the offer is. So every future campaign, sequence, email you send them,

14:07.88

Kennedy Kennedy

They are like, oh, that's about that thing. And I know what it is.

14:11.69

Benita Königbauer

Yes.

14:11.83

Kennedy Kennedy

It's a bit like they need to know what a bike is before you can tell them all the benefits of having a bike. They need to know what the hell the thing is ah because you're you're basically showing them something that's brand spanking new to those people.

14:23.39

Kennedy Kennedy

I love that.

14:23.59

Benita Königbauer

Yes.

14:23.71

Kennedy Kennedy

So and I remember we put together for your launch, I said, we're going to start off with an overture to move people from dailies, ah from your so normal daily sort of storytelling emails so into this as a launch event.

14:26.68

Benita Königbauer

yeah

14:33.17

Benita Königbauer

Mm

14:34.97

Kennedy Kennedy

So we're going to introduce the offer. We use the overture to do that. And then what the interesting thing about the overture thing is it's not very launchy. It's not very, it doesn't have an end. It doesn't finish up.

14:45.60

Kennedy Kennedy

So we tacked onto the end of it, a second campaign to give it a nice big finish.

14:49.67

Benita Königbauer

Yes.

14:52.65

Benita Königbauer

Yes, and that was a game changer for me. that So I could smoothly and transition from presenting the overture as an option into actually selling the accelerator program.

15:05.22

Benita Königbauer

And this was, the the I think it was a Time Lord campaign that you and Aiden told me to combine both to together and having them having the Time Lord follow up until cart close.

15:09.65

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah, the Time Lord campaign. That's right.

15:18.78

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah. And the powerful thing about Time Lord campaign is it very much says, hey, the card is closing out this day and it it creates an irrefutable um expiry date on the thing, which even in the world of no trust and people going, oh i'm going to extend the offer, it proves that you're not going to do that.

15:28.97

Benita Königbauer

Yeah. Yeah.

15:34.96

Kennedy Kennedy

So the trust is really built and intact.

15:35.12

Benita Königbauer

yeah

15:37.20

Kennedy Kennedy

ah think one of the things you have to do in our launches, which you did brilliantly, Benito, in yours, is you have to keep trust intact during a launch. A lot of people crush and smash to smithereens their list.

15:52.73

Benita Königbauer

yeah

15:53.11

Kennedy Kennedy

and all of the trust they built because they're just so heavy handed hitting their, their, their list over the head with buy my thing, buy my thing and forgetting you want to continue to mail that list later. So don't beat them up.

16:06.97

Kennedy Kennedy

You know, it's a bit like, you know, it's a bit like you you know awkwardly finding, you know, going into a bar and seeing your ex-girlfriend there and being like, Oh, that's that's a bit awkward. You don't want it to be an awkward ex-boyfriend or girlfriend situation.

16:20.19

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah, absolutely.

16:20.37

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

16:20.71

Kennedy Kennedy

Okay.

16:21.75

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

16:22.04

Kennedy Kennedy

love that.

16:22.57

Benita Königbauer

That was really helpful. And I had really, I had so many people respond also to the Time Lord campaign emails, but which were full-blown launch emails, full-blown card open emails.

16:27.23

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

16:32.97

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

16:35.30

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

16:35.46

Benita Königbauer

And they responded to me and said, okay, this is so interesting, but I for whatever reasons, it's not the right time. Please inform me when your card opens again.

16:47.33

Benita Königbauer

So I have a list.

16:47.87

Kennedy Kennedy

Now you're creating a wait list.

16:48.36

Benita Königbauer

oh yeah Now I have a wait list of people that I have to reach out now because next launch is coming up now. And so I will reach out to them and say, okay, this is the next card open. Don't miss it.

17:00.69

Benita Königbauer

And they even think, thanks to the next project I realized with you, they even have the possibility to join in between from this cohort on.

17:13.79

Benita Königbauer

So they have the, they, they can,

17:14.65

Kennedy Kennedy

Nice.

17:16.57

Benita Königbauer

join ah cohorted program in between cohorts. And this is very, they this is really something that I did this, especially from my personal heart, because I felt bad about telling people who are coming into my world at a moment where they apparently have a practice they are not very happy with.

17:20.81

Kennedy Kennedy

Love

17:25.04

Kennedy Kennedy

it.

17:39.86

Kennedy Kennedy

Mm-hmm.

17:41.34

Benita Königbauer

And searching for help, signing up for my list, so searching for information, and then telling them, yeah, but um at the current cohort just has started, just wait for a month.

17:45.31

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

17:54.08

Benita Königbauer

I don't feel good about that. I don't know if anyone takes me up on that offer, but I personally feel so much more at peace with my offer stake now. This was, for me, a huge game changer.

18:08.85

Benita Königbauer

I keep you posted on.

18:08.83

Kennedy Kennedy

yeah Yeah, yeah, definitely keep us posted on how that goes.

18:10.84

Benita Königbauer

How many people can go? Yeah.

18:13.45

Kennedy Kennedy

So let's talk about the results of doing this. you You went from a place of sending very isolated individual daily for you emails, which were just like today's thought, wasn't related to other thoughts, wasn't related to a bigger business strategy or anything like that.

18:15.88

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

18:28.32

Kennedy Kennedy

um And now you combined a bunch of things to get more of your email seen and delivered and opened and clicked and all the the email content stuff. But now also with a strategic approach to opening cart and we and and the strategy we gave you on one of the Q&A calls, one the group calls, was take an overture sequence that you have inside the vault, put it with what we call a time lord sequence from the side the vault, send that out and off you go.

18:52.04

Kennedy Kennedy

what how did How were the results from doing that? because it's different for your list. like Some people think, bloody hell, that's quite a different approach.

19:00.16

Benita Königbauer

yeah

19:00.17

Kennedy Kennedy

like I'm used to like being the content person. I email them once a week with a nice newsletter with some funny jokes and a cartoon in it. you know you You took that by the horns and you did it. What actually happened, though?

19:11.70

Benita Königbauer

So what happened was that this program, I had, I think, one or two cohorts before. the This is ah pretty new product was a pretty new program.

19:22.03

Kennedy Kennedy

Sure. Yeah.

19:22.78

Benita Königbauer

um And it was actually the best launch ever I had. i So I had more people joining than ever before.

19:29.07

Kennedy Kennedy

So you didn't kill everybody off. You didn't alienate your list.

19:32.74

Benita Königbauer

Nope.

19:32.77

Kennedy Kennedy

You got replies from people saying, I love it. Now I understand it. Put me on the witness the next one. And you had more enrollments than ever.

19:40.16

Benita Königbauer

Yes.

19:40.91

Kennedy Kennedy

And if I'm not mistaken, you brought in around 20,000 sales. Yeah.

19:44.24

Benita Königbauer

yes

19:44.19

Kennedy Kennedy

in sale

19:45.35

Benita Königbauer

Yes, I did. Yeah.

19:46.41

Kennedy Kennedy

which is phenomenal for ah you know not that many days of work, a great thing, deep in your relationship, and you've you're queued up a nice little line of people who who want to who want to do the next one.

19:54.35

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

19:59.36

Benita Königbauer

Yeah.

19:59.32

Kennedy Kennedy

And of course, you'll do it all again. thing.

20:01.23

Benita Königbauer

And also i built an asset because now i can take that over to a campaign.

20:01.44

Kennedy Kennedy

thing

20:07.07

Benita Königbauer

It is planned for this launch again. And then I put it into my train carriage. So people, when they join my world, now that I have open enrollment, when ah when they join my world, they get introduced, they get welcomed, and then that I can offer them help with the Overture campaign.

20:15.78

Kennedy Kennedy

Right.

20:27.46

Benita Königbauer

They get to know the accelerator as a solution for their problems on an automated basis. And so they they are not thrown into half of a launch, depending on the date when they joined.

20:41.72

Kennedy Kennedy

right

20:42.07

Benita Königbauer

um They get their sequence, they get acquainted to me, they get acquainted to how I can help them, they get acquainted to my signature program, and then they go into whatever the thought of the day is.

20:59.27

Kennedy Kennedy

Sure. um And so I think if people were take one action away from this, I think I'm going to just sort of summarize what I think we've learned from from our conversation. If someone was to take one action from this and what Benita has implemented very quickly, like in just a matter of months, like this is not...

21:17.17

Kennedy Kennedy

This is proper business stuff, right? This is not click a button and money prints itself inside of a week.

21:19.13

Benita Königbauer

Yes.

21:21.70

Kennedy Kennedy

No, this is like you're building something you want to grow over time, you know, and and it's going to last a long time. So but what what you've done really here is really implemented. going to call it joined up thinking rather than thinking of each day's emails like it's insular on its own, like an island.

21:36.10

Benita Königbauer

yes

21:39.58

Kennedy Kennedy

You're thinking of this like a connection of islands. How are these things joined up? What are the paths between them? and doing it with campaigns. So switching from newsletters to a sequence, a campaign approach where it has ah a beginning, you're ramping people up, introducing you introducing people to a thing, and then telling them the urgent reason to buy. In this case, is because your offer is closing, but it could be anything. It could be a bunch of different reasons.

22:06.03

Kennedy Kennedy

I think using changing that thinking, um i think you would agree, makes a dramatic difference in the results and the sales that you get.

22:15.37

Benita Königbauer

Absolutely. Because um i think invitations. i think of sales as invitations I don't think like when when I'm making a sale, this is not about me.

22:29.11

Benita Königbauer

This is about them. They want to solve a problem. I have solved my problem. I have my dream practice. So that's why advisor doesn't do taxes anymore.

22:38.86

Kennedy Kennedy

yeah yeah exactly. Exactly.

22:40.50

Benita Königbauer

yeah um So I built my dream business. My life is okay. But I know from personal experience, their life may be not.

22:51.58

Benita Königbauer

They may be missing out on seeing their children. They may they may be missing out on ah good health or whatever.

22:59.46

Kennedy Kennedy

Right.

22:59.97

Benita Königbauer

And so everything i can do to help them make the next step towards a better life is an invitation I want to extend to them.

23:13.89

Benita Königbauer

But I have to do it in um in sync with my own values. I'm not someone who beats someone else with an offer over the head. i I literally conducted launches and forgot the pitch.

23:31.80

Benita Königbauer

said This happened more than once and more than I want to admit.

23:33.30

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

23:36.19

Benita Königbauer

so um but

23:36.54

Kennedy Kennedy

That's funny.

23:39.50

Benita Königbauer

This is how I can do it in a way that doesn't feel awkward to me.

23:44.72

Kennedy Kennedy

Right.

23:45.06

Benita Königbauer

And um it's in full integrity.

23:49.13

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah.

23:49.64

Benita Königbauer

It's just an invitation. They can take take me up on it or they can wait for the next cohort to start or whatever they want to.

23:54.81

Kennedy Kennedy

The next, next gohort the next opportunity.

23:57.21

Benita Königbauer

But i see it is my responsibility to let them know there is help if they want to. This is my responsibility. If they take me up on it, it's theirs.

24:09.47

Benita Königbauer

That's my business.

24:09.93

Kennedy Kennedy

Yeah, I love that. I love it. Benita, thank you so much for joining us on the show today. Honestly, this has been absolute gold for anyone who's thinking, I want to get better results from my email marketing. That switch to thinking about campaigns of emails, making them more sequential rather than like these little islands that are independent.

24:27.43

Kennedy Kennedy

of one another and increasing that frequency. One of the things that you came into this, you had an unfair advantage, which was you'd already got into that habit of emailing on a daily basis, Monday to Friday, because even to be a B2B space, that makes sense. So that's awesome stuff.

24:41.52

Kennedy Kennedy

If anybody wants to find out more about what you're doing, have a look at your materials and how you're doing it. Obviously, most of it's in German, ah but but there is there is Google Translate on the browser, unless you're German, in which case you'll you'll you'll be first be first language on that.

24:56.04

Kennedy Kennedy

Where should people go? And we'll put a link to it of course, in the show notes too.

25:00.57

Benita Königbauer

so the easiest way is to reach out to me via my website benita-königbauer with oe i think you put a link in the show notes anyway awesome

25:11.38

Kennedy Kennedy

ah put a link in the show notes because anybody who's a non-German speaker is going to be like, how many umlauts are going to be in this word?

25:17.52

Benita Königbauer

Yes, exactly.

25:18.26

Kennedy Kennedy

yeah

25:19.04

Benita Königbauer

Exactly. So I don't, I don't even try to explain it. So just look at the link in the show notes.

25:22.41

Kennedy Kennedy

That's funny.

25:24.98

Benita Königbauer

This is my whole business in a nutshell.

25:28.30

Kennedy Kennedy

Right.

25:28.54

Benita Königbauer

um You can sign up for my list if you're speaking German. If you're not speaking German, you have to use ah the watch in browser link in every email and just translate it with Google.

25:34.56

Kennedy Kennedy

Translate. Yeah.

25:39.10

Kennedy Kennedy

Nice and easy.

25:39.19

Benita Königbauer

um So you're very welcome as well. um

25:41.66

Kennedy Kennedy

Awesome.

25:42.35

Benita Königbauer

Yeah, that's,

25:43.13
