Sumantha:

It’s really easy to fall into the trap of thinking you need more knowledge before you take the next step. Another course, another book, more market research, more YouTube videos, more podcasts. But I’ve seen it time and time again, even with myself, that we often underestimate how much we already know. Often what’s missing isn’t information. It’s confidence in how much you know at that point in time.

Sumantha:

One of my one to one clients delayed launching her new offer for months before she met me. She knew what she wanted to launch, but she kept researching and reworking the outline. The more she learned, the more she realised how much she didn’t know. But once we started working together, it became really clear that she already had everything she needed.

Sumantha:

You can teach people something and stay curious at the same time. We are never going to know everything about everything. When she finally launched, it came from a place of trusting herself. Her offer was received really warmly and she made an amazing impact, not because it was perfect, but because it came from genuine service.

Sumantha:

She continues learning, and that matters. So if you’re stuck in a cycle of learning, pause and ask yourself what you already know, and what you would do if you believed you were ready. The goal isn’t to know everything. It’s to know enough, stay curious, and deliver something based on where you are right now in your journey.
