Speaker A:Question number one.
Speaker A:Tactile activities ranging from writing letters and typewriter clubs to TikTok communities showcasing calligraphy skills and wax seals are giving retro writing instruments a resurgence.
Speaker A:Chris, when was the last time you penned a letter?
Speaker B:Oh, man.
Speaker A:Or typed, I guess, I mean like.
Speaker B:No, like pen a letter.
Speaker B:Like wrote a letter.
Speaker B:Yeah, no, this is a great story.
Speaker B:I don't know if I told you this story.
Speaker B:I probably have, but Prusa Ella is probably going to want to ask me some follow up questions on this one too.
Speaker B:But I remember it vividly.
Speaker B:And the last letter I ever wrote.
Speaker B: It was summer: Speaker B:I was abroad in a study abroad in Spain and I wrote said letter to a girl that I asked out in my high school graduation speech in front of everyone.
Speaker B:Her name was Carrie Culac.
Speaker B:Two K's.
Speaker B:As you know, I'm a big fan of alliteration.
Speaker B:But sadly, sadly.
Speaker B:And there, there was, there was no spark.
Speaker B:There was no spark.
Speaker B:Got home, never worked out.
Speaker A:Because you asked her out in front of your entire graduating class.
Speaker A:Shocker.
Speaker A:That's like, no, no, no.
Speaker A:No embarrassment there.
Speaker A:Or having to expose your.
Speaker B:Oh, it's so great.
Speaker B:It's so great.
Speaker B:I came.
Speaker B:I get, you know, everyone's milling around.
Speaker B:We're at the stadium, everyone's there.
Speaker B:The, you know, everyone's like after the ceremony, everyone's like on the field, they're, you know, high five and hugging each other.
Speaker B:And her mom comes up to me, she's like, you can date my daughter anytime, Chris.
Speaker B:And I was like, okay, sweet.
Speaker B:And yeah, it didn't work out.
Speaker B:Makes for a great story though.
Speaker B:But yeah, it was, it was.
Speaker B:But yeah, that was the last letter I ever wrote.
Speaker B:And not surprisingly, unrequited love stories.
Speaker B:All right, number two, Brooklyn Beckham said Victoria Beckham, AKA Posh Spice, quote, hijacked his first dance at his wedding.
Speaker A:Whoa.
Speaker B: lm Beach, Florida nuptials in: Speaker B:He said Mark Anthony called him to the stage at the time when he was scheduled to dance with his wife.
Speaker B:And instead Victorio was waiting for him at the stage for a dance.
Speaker B:How upset would you be if your mother in law got the first dance?
Speaker A:I don't know.
Speaker A:I mean, I'm on my, I like, it's my, gonna be my 10th anniversary this year and I, I, we, we were all about everybody dancing.
Speaker A:Like, I think that, that there should not be like, we should just do away with the first dance.
Speaker A:So I think Everybody should be dancing at one time.
Speaker A:I don't think it should be with a mother in law.
Speaker A:I don't know that it should be with a couple, I think, or with a mother in this case.
Speaker A:But I. I think, like, let's just get do away with first dance.
Speaker A:Everybody jump in.
Speaker A:Just get the party going right away.
Speaker A:It's like when you sit and people sing Happy birthday to you, and you just have to look at them and the candles, like, it's just awkward.
Speaker A:Why are we doing that?
Speaker A:Just get everybody going.
Speaker A:Stop making people sit around and stare at you and just get out on the dance floor.
Speaker A:Victoria, Brooklyn, the wife.
Speaker A:Everybody get out there and party.
Speaker A:That's my.
Speaker A:That's my thought.
Speaker B:But what if you were in this situation, like, you thought you were getting the first dance with your husband, and then the mom sweeps in to take it.
Speaker B:That would kind of piss you off, wouldn't it?
Speaker A:I don't know.
Speaker A:I think it'd be.
Speaker A:I think she's showing who she is, so I don't think I need to do anything.
Speaker A:I think people show who they are on their own.
Speaker A:And if she did that, that.
Speaker A:Go ahead.

Speaker A:I think everybody, and clearly the media is feeling the same way too, in response to this story.
Speaker B:Probably nobody's surprised that she did that, actually.

Speaker A:Italian fashion designer Valentino died at age 933 this past week.
Speaker A:If your wardrobe, Chris, was outfitted in one designer brand, which one would you choose?
Speaker B:Does Hugo Boss count?
Speaker B:I think it does, right?
Speaker B:Yeah, Yeah, I think I picked that.
Speaker B:I was talking.

Speaker A:I think that I'd like to see before Magic Mike takes the stage on Broadway.

Speaker A:You're talking about moves of desperation in the earlier about chatgpt and OpenAI.
Speaker A:I think this is a move of desperation for Broadway, especially if it's just the Magic Mike version.
