The woman at the well is infamous for being the person that Jesus chose to approach upon His arrival in Samaria despite her bad reputation. As we read in this passage, she was implemental in the Gospel being spread to her town. In fact, she is the first major evangelist ever recorded. However, this leads to the question “Are women allowed to teach and serve in the church?” In today’s episode we explore through the Bible what God says a woman’s role is to be.
