Natalia Gills, Senior Director, Environmental, Health and Safety for PepsiCo Europe Sector.

Natalia currently is responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety in PepsiCo Europe across all functions and leads the organization consisting of over 130 EHS professionals.

Natalia has a proven track record in reduction of EHS risks in PepsiCo Europe through building EHS management capability, systemic approach and the culture of ownership. She took the initiative to evolve the role of EHS first in PepsiCo Europe and then globally: from technical experts to business partners and change agents, developing leadership element.

Natalia has 23 years of career with PepsiCo. Prior to moving to EHS function in 2014, Natalia worked in various areas in PepsiCo Operations, including such roles as Plant Manager, Manufacturing and Logistic Director, Supply Chain Integration Director.
