NIL legal expert Darren Heitner joined the podcast to discuss the latest trends in the NIL space and how he helped guide the Cavinder twins from the early days of NIL to becoming the faces of the industry.

Heitner assisted with the crafting and promotion of legislation that sought to provide Florida college athletes with the right to profit off of their NIL, which ultimately passed in June 2020. It paved the way toward establishing important NIL rights for all college athlete across the country.
