In this episode we welcome Mike Couch. Mike is the co-leader and founder of RunSomeMo Run Club in Portsmouth, Va. He leads the club out of MoMac Brewing Company, and has tried to create community in a place that hasn’t seen a lot of run community development. He talks about how much the community around him has gotten him through the ups and downs of his running. We also talk about what it means to give back to this community and help others find that running joy too.
