Shownotes

What if the most spiritual thing you could do for yourself was create a system? In this episode, Danie breaks down why systems aren't just productivity tools — they're nervous system regulation, decision fatigue prevention, and the foundation of grounded leadership. When your life has structure, your mind has space.

Danie walks you through the actual systems she uses — from the key basket to batch cooking to calendar automations — and why every one of them exists to protect her peace, not just her schedule. If you've been running on full and wondering why you still feel behind, this episode is your permission slip to build the container your life has been asking for.

Danie:

Welcome to The Cosmic Mystic Podcast, the space for healers, coaches,

2

:

and conscious leaders on a mission

to elevate collective consciousness.

3

:

I'm your host, Danie C.

4

:

Muniz, a former Catholic disciple turned

eclectic witch, guiding you through

5

:

the realms of astrology, spirituality,

and the quest to escape the matrix.

6

:

It's time to unleash the mystic within.

7

:

Let the transformation begin

8

:

Here with you today, my friend, as

we are beginning this new season.

9

:

As I'm recording this, this is the

beginning of fall, and this time

10

:

of year can It get a little busy.

11

:

Let's be honest, right?

12

:

there's a lot that tends to happen in

the fall season, and there's a lot of

13

:

shifts that happen in the fall season.

14

:

Fall happens to be one of my favorite

seasons, not just because of the

15

:

pumpkin spa- pumpkin spice lattes.

16

:

Yes, I'm a pumpkin…

17

:

I'm a PSL girl.

18

:

I do love me a good pumpkin spice latte.

19

:

In fact, like I'll just be real,

so all, all year long, I basically

20

:

have a pumpkin spice mix in my

coffee pretty much all year long.

21

:

But this time of year, those warming

spices are what we're looking for, right?

22

:

And so there's that shift, and I wanna

talk about today something a little

23

:

bit different, and this is a little bit

more on the personal side and what I'm

24

:

personally doing because first off, it's

Virgo season, and, Virgo season really

25

:

does ask us to refine things, right?

26

:

to really clear things up so that we

can be more efficient in many ways.

27

:

Virgo is such an efficient sign that

there's a lot of systems, right?

28

:

That they're…

29

:

The energy is good at creating.

30

:

So if you're a Virgo

31

:

You probably are setting up really

good systems, or you have really

32

:

good systems, or if you are not

somebody who feels like you have

33

:

good systems, you know that you need

systems, and you might create systems.

34

:

Virgos tend to, change things up a bit

because it's "Oh, this doesn't feel right.

35

:

I need to change it," right?

36

:

And so they're looking

at being more efficient.

37

:

They're looking at being more,

streamlined and making things easier,

38

:

more concise or consistent, right?

39

:

And so we can look at that for ourselves.

40

:

Like, where are we being like that?

41

:

how do…

42

:

what systems do we have in our life?

43

:

and, and, this is often clouded

as a productivity tool, right?

44

:

Create systems in your life so

that you can be more productive.

45

:

I wanna flip that because,

yes, I would agree.

46

:

Having systems does make

me more productive, but

47

:

you know what it also does?

48

:

And as somebody who, Wanted and was

seeking peace in my life, I didn't

49

:

realize that systems brought me peace.

50

:

And so if you are somebody who is looking

for some, some peace or wanting more

51

:

peace in your life, I want to invite you

to see about how you can create peace for

52

:

yourself with some of these practices.

53

:

So these are structures that I built so

that my brain doesn't have to decide the

54

:

same thing over and over again, right?

55

:

We get into that decision fatigue,

and a lot of people are like, "I

56

:

don't wanna make a decision," right?

57

:

I have friends who are like,

"I don't wanna make a decision.

58

:

Just make a decision for me."

59

:

Or there's other reasons

maybe why, but they're over…

60

:

Their system, it's like it's too much for

them to handle maybe because they have a

61

:

million things flowing through their mind

that I don't wanna decide another thing.

62

:

Sometimes I get there, my love's

like, "What do you wanna…

63

:

Like, where do you wanna go?"

64

:

I'm like, "Oh, do you wanna go

get something 'cause I don't

65

:

wanna make dinner," right?

66

:

"So where do you wanna go?"

67

:

Or, "What do you wanna get?"

68

:

And he's like, what do you want?"

69

:

And I was like, "I

don't care, you decide."

70

:

I've decided so many things today, I

don't want to decide anything else.

71

:

sometimes when my system

is so overloaded, I can't.

72

:

I…

73

:

Don't ask me to decide.

74

:

if you wanna give me two places, maybe

I can go off the two places, but don't

75

:

make me come up with a list, right?

76

:

So what happens is there's some times

where we're in busy periods, and this

77

:

season, fall, can tend to be a bus-

busy season for me, for many, because

78

:

the holidays start to get involved in

here, and there's extra things that

79

:

we tend to do during the holidays, and

it changes the schedule a bit, right?

80

:

And But your busy period might be summer.

81

:

Your busy period might be spring.

82

:

Your busy period might be winter.

83

:

Whatever season is busy for

you in particular, then, this

84

:

might come in handy, okay?

85

:

So I don't wanna start,

when I'm busy, from chaos.

86

:

Because chaos is going to

create more chaos, right?

87

:

If things are already chaotic, like

I have a friend whose things are so

88

:

chaotic right now that it's hard for her

to think about- Doing one thing, right?

89

:

And it's it's even hard, like

right now she's having to…

90

:

she bought a storage unit, and the

storage unit, the lady that owned

91

:

it had a crystal, metaphysical shop.

92

:

And so she's got tons of crystals, and

she's got, metaphysical, tools, right?

93

:

So she's like oracle cards.

94

:

She's got like salt- pink Himalayan

salt lamps and, necklaces and just

95

:

like all of these different things.

96

:

And for her to go through them and price

them and, get ready for them to sell is

97

:

overwhelming because there's so much.

98

:

It's already chaotic and she's…

99

:

her life right now is a little

chaotic, and so she's having

100

:

to start in a chaotic place.

101

:

And nobody wants to

start in a chaotic place.

102

:

Nobody wants to start in a chaotic place.

103

:

So I want you to start from a container.

104

:

So I create containers for myself,

and I would say that this is

105

:

probably one of the most underrated

forms of self-care that there is.

106

:

So I wanna walk you through some of

my systems that save my sanity, the

107

:

ones that I'm actually using, have

been using for years, or some of them

108

:

that are newer, that make my life more

spacious even when my calendar is full.

109

:

So let's dive into this.

110

:

All right.

111

:

So before I start talking about my

specific systems, I do want to say,

112

:

what is a sy- what are systems actually?

113

:

And actually, no, more so

what do they actually do?

114

:

Because I think people think of a

system as an efficiency tool, right?

115

:

Like a way to get more things done.

116

:

And when you're in chaos or when

you're overwhelmed or when there's a

117

:

lot going on, you don't necessarily

feel like you wanna get more done.

118

:

You just want the peace, right?

119

:

So I don't necessarily use

systems to get more done.

120

:

I use them, number one,

to release my mental load.

121

:

Every decision that you have to

make, even a tiny, tiny, tiny

122

:

decision, is costing you something.

123

:

Where are my keys?

124

:

What are we having for dinner?

125

:

What am…

126

:

When am I going to schedule this call?

127

:

When are we gonna go do this thing, right?

128

:

should I pick up the

living room now, right?

129

:

Should I put this away?

130

:

Do I need to wash this blanket, right?

131

:

What do I need to do this week?

132

:

These are all questions that

run through our minds, right?

133

:

When each one of those

question is taking up energy.

134

:

It's taking up mental energy.

135

:

And so when you're busy, when

you might be in chaos, that

136

:

energy is needed somewhere else.

137

:

So systems make the decision, like you

decide what that thing is once and then

138

:

you don't ever have to make that decision

again, 'cause it automatically gets

139

:

done or it automatically, l- it might

even lessen the load in some situations.

140

:

So let's talk about decision fatigue

for a second, because this is really…

141

:

mental load is all of the thoughts, right?

142

:

Decision fatigue is now

deciding all the things.

143

:

And that is, an absolutely real thing.

144

:

I know we've all experienced it.

145

:

So the more decisions you make throughout

the day, the worse the quality of

146

:

those decisions get by the end of it.

147

:

My love, I love him to death, he does this

thing where he doesn't eat all day long.

148

:

all day long, he doesn't eat.

149

:

And this is what, really

brought it out for me.

150

:

Because by the end of the day, and he

feels so good, and I love him for that.

151

:

He feels so good because he

doesn't eat anything all day.

152

:

his mind has been so good at

holding back, from eating.

153

:

But then we get to the evening,

and he'll even sometimes…

154

:

sometimes he'll say to me,

"Just make dinner for yourself.

155

:

I'm, I'm not gonna eat tonight."

156

:

I'm like, "Okay, cool."

157

:

Whatever.

158

:

So I make myself something,

I eat, and he's holding out.

159

:

He's still not eating.

160

:

And then something about when the

lights go out and it's time to go

161

:

to bed, that his willpower is so

drained at this point that it's hard

162

:

for him to not continue to not eat.

163

:

He has to eat at this point.

164

:

He's waited and waited, and he's

pushed it off and pushed it off for

165

:

so long, that now he's gotta eat.

166

:

And so what ends up happening?

167

:

He eats And he's tried, to do 24-hour

fasts, 48-hour fasts, and he's been able

168

:

to do at least 24, a couple of times.

169

:

He's n- not been able to get past that.

170

:

But it's because his willpower,

his energy has been…

171

:

It's so strong, right?

172

:

First thing in the morning,

because he just ate, right?

173

:

He ate overnight.

174

:

So first thing in the morning

when he gets up, he's good.

175

:

But then by the time, the day goes on,

goes on, and here we are, the end of

176

:

the day, ready to go to bed, and he

can't sleep because he's hungry, right?

177

:

Because his- he's fatigued.

178

:

It's the same thing with us.

179

:

We make our best decisions…

180

:

Now, for some of us, we make, we

might make better decisions later

181

:

on in the day, but majority of us,

we make our best decisions when we

182

:

are fully alert and fully nourished.

183

:

And so if you are in a place where

you're fully alert and fully nourished,

184

:

you're making your best decisions.

185

:

So by the end of the day, you're tired.

186

:

You're ready to go to bed.

187

:

You've been making decisions all day.

188

:

And so by having systems, it

makes it really easy to just know,

189

:

okay, like this is what happens.

190

:

I don't have to decide anymore.

191

:

So it gives your brain some peace.

192

:

All right.

193

:

The last one is they give you something…

194

:

So systems give you a

structure to return to.

195

:

So this is, this is one that I think

is probably the most important thing.

196

:

So- I would say when things get

busy or when things are chaotic,

197

:

maybe you are traveling, like

this just happened to me, right?

198

:

I was traveling or there was something

that came unexpectedly, right?

199

:

Or there's a hard season, right?

200

:

Sometimes we have those.

201

:

Those come up, too.

202

:

A system is what you can come back to.

203

:

So they're the ground under your feet

when everything else has been moving.

204

:

That's stability right there.

205

:

So I know if I've been gone for a

week or whatever, like when we leave,

206

:

like we left in April, we were gone

like the entire month of April.

207

:

I knew that when I got back,

I could lock right back into

208

:

my systems, and I'd be fine.

209

:

I wasn't worried about "Oh, I have to do

this, and this has got done, this done."

210

:

No, I have systems in place so that

I can come back, and feel stable and

211

:

grounded because I know that I have these

things that I'm gonna lean back into.

212

:

And for the sacred CEO, the woman who

is leading her life and her work from an

213

:

intentional place, stability is necessary.

214

:

It is the foundation of

everything else that we build.

215

:

So let's get into my actual system.

216

:

So first I wanna talk about

some home systems that I have.

217

:

I think, these practices are…

218

:

these are just a few of the things

I figured I'd share some of these

219

:

with you because, y- you might

have some i- you might get some

220

:

ideas off of the things that I do.

221

:

But there's this concept, I don't remember

who I heard it from, but I heard it a

222

:

long, long time ago, and I've w- tried

to live by this principle, and that

223

:

is that everything has a place, and

especially the most important things.

224

:

So when I say everything has a

place, one of the systems that

225

:

I have is we have a basket in a

drawer that has all of our car keys.

226

:

So the keys are always, whenever we come

back, we drop the keys into the basket.

227

:

Whenever we leave, we know to go

to the basket and get the keys.

228

:

And so when the keys aren't in the

basket, it's like, "Where are the keys?"

229

:

Because we always know where the keys are.

230

:

And nowadays we have the little fobs, and

our fobs, for me, they just go into my

231

:

purse and, I don't worry about it, right?

232

:

'Cause I can unlock and lock the door

without having to pull my fob out, right?

233

:

And I like that 'cause it's efficient,

and I'm, I like to be an efficient person.

234

:

That's just how I roll.

235

:

So the keys always have a place.

236

:

Now, I want you to think about

this for something else that

237

:

maybe you use all the time.

238

:

Like my purse.

239

:

My purse hangs on a

chair in our dining room.

240

:

Now, I know my love hates that

because he likes to not have…

241

:

He's not- he's a clutter-free person.

242

:

He does not like clutter, and

so to him, that's clutter.

243

:

And he hates it, but I- it works for me

because I always know where my purse is.

244

:

I always know where my purse is.

245

:

I have this strap for my phone 'cause my

phone, I have a case that has a little

246

:

wallet on it, and so it has, my ID.

247

:

It has my, most important,

cards that I might use.

248

:

Although, I'm a person that

uses, Google Wallet and stuff,

249

:

so I know I'm that person.

250

:

But it makes it easier for me.

251

:

So anyway, so I have this little strap.

252

:

When we get home, I put it in

that same drawer where we put

253

:

the keys in the little basket.

254

:

It goes, in the same

spot every single time.

255

:

It's a system that I have.

256

:

These are things that I use on a regular

basis that I want to be able to know

257

:

where they are, and so it doesn't…

258

:

It's become routine for us when

we get home to go straight to

259

:

that drawer and drop our stuff.

260

:

He drops his wallet in there.

261

:

I drop my little, phone cord in there.

262

:

He drops the key or I'll

drop the key in there.

263

:

that is our place that we

go to for all those things.

264

:

So my thought to you is what is something,

whether it's your basket, whether it's

265

:

your purse which sometimes can be a

basket, whether it is your keys, maybe

266

:

it's your vitamins, maybe it's…

267

:

Whatever the thing is that you use on

a regular basis, on a daily basis, do

268

:

you have a specific place that you keep

it that it goes in every single day?

269

:

Now, you can expand this.

270

:

Okay, so I want you to

ex- think about that.

271

:

You can expand this.

272

:

I have a drawer in my office

where all of my oracle cards are.

273

:

Yes, it's a whole drawer.

274

:

Full drawer full of

oracle cards that I have.

275

:

It's…

276

:

That is my place for the oracle cards.

277

:

So if I'm looking to use a deck,

I know where all my decks are.

278

:

They're all in one place.

279

:

They're not in different places.

280

:

They're all in one.

281

:

Journals, empty journals that

I have or used journals that I

282

:

have, they're all in one place.

283

:

They're all in the same place.

284

:

I have a place for them.

285

:

And I'm not talking about being

super rigid here because we

286

:

can also get into that, too.

287

:

I'm talking about I have a place for them.

288

:

They have a home, right?

289

:

I was at my friend's house the other day-

And they were coming in with their dog,

290

:

and they took, the dog's leash off and

the little, thing that you have for…

291

:

I can't- whatever the name

is, the thing for dogs.

292

:

they took it off, and I, I took it

off of her, and I was holding it,

293

:

and I was like, "Where does this go?"

294

:

My…

295

:

'cause my mind automatically, I have

a place where I put Jake's, right?

296

:

There's a place in our laundry

room where I hang Jake's, leash

297

:

on, so every time we go to take

him somewhere, it's right there.

298

:

It's in the same spot.

299

:

Those kind of things, my friend.

300

:

I want you to think about that because,

as soon as I said that, he was like,

301

:

"Oh, yeah, the basket over here," and he

took it from me, and he took it by the

302

:

little basket that they have by the door.

303

:

That's a system, my friend,

a place where you have…

304

:

This is a process that you do.

305

:

It's a system that you do, okay?

306

:

The next one I do is I do No dishes

in the sink when I go to bed.

307

:

So at night, and, it's just my love and

I, so we don't have a ton of dishes,

308

:

but sometimes, I like to cook and do all

the things, and there's lots of things.

309

:

And we've made it this rule that at the

end of the night, those dishes get clean.

310

:

Now, do I leave them in

the sink overnight to dry?

311

:

Yes, I do.

312

:

And do I mostly put them

away in the morning?

313

:

Yes.

314

:

There's times where I don't.

315

:

But for the most part, it's a system,

because when I have not had that, dishes

316

:

have piled up and piled up in the sink,

and then in the morning, I'm rushing

317

:

and I'm trying to get out the door,

or I'm trying to get into the office,

318

:

trying to get to my call, whatever the

thing is, and then I'm, stopping to

319

:

take lunch or wanting to grab lunch,

and then the dishes aren't clean and

320

:

I'm having to wash this little thing

so that I can cook this thing, right?

321

:

Wash this pan so I can cook in it,

and then it's it causes a lot of

322

:

stress because I see the dishes there.

323

:

It's not ready for me to use, right?

324

:

I have to It's causing extra

time, and so then I'm rushed.

325

:

So I put this in place for myself.

326

:

Before I go to bed, I make

sure all the dishes are washed.

327

:

Now they're at least in the drawer drying.

328

:

I, we do have a dishwasher, but

because I don't have so- we don't

329

:

use that many dishes, it just seems

like a waste of water and energy

330

:

to just u- to use the dishwasher.

331

:

Although when I do have

a lot, I tend to do it.

332

:

But for the most part, we

don't, so I don't, right?

333

:

So maybe, something where if that

is causing you extra stress, and I

334

:

don't think I ever really thought

about how much stress it was causing

335

:

me until I started doing this

dishes are done, before I go to bed.

336

:

And I, I try my hardest, and I'm usually

pretty good at it, but I'm not perfect

337

:

at putting them away in the morning.

338

:

Th- it usually will

happen while I'm making…

339

:

Like I might put a couple away

while my coffee is making or I

340

:

might put a couple, away during,

while I'm making lunch or something.

341

:

And then, while dinner is making,

I might put a couple more away

342

:

so that they get put away.

343

:

But my goal is obviously to clear

that first thing in the morning

344

:

so that it's nice and clean.

345

:

because I like to see things, clean.

346

:

Next thing, it helps my

brain just feel more relaxed.

347

:

The other thing I do is a living room

reset first thing in the morning.

348

:

So first thing in the morning,

we have blankets, we have

349

:

pillows, Jake's dog toys, right?

350

:

they can…

351

:

Or cups, maybe cups of water.

352

:

We had, drink water or a cup of

tea at night, and so there's a

353

:

cup that maybe I left there that

I didn't grab in my cleanup.

354

:

And so it's the kitchen, the k- the

kitchen and the living room are,

355

:

like, right next to each other.

356

:

So I can see it from my living room while

I'm making my coffee in the morning, and

357

:

so sometimes it takes me just a second.

358

:

sometimes I think it's gonna take

forever, but when I've timed myself,

359

:

because trust me, I have, I've timed

myself, it only takes me, three minutes

360

:

tops to pick up the living room.

361

:

And that is sometimes including a little,

Swiffer sweep through the living room.

362

:

So I will take the blanket, fold it up.

363

:

Sometimes I'll put it away.

364

:

Sometimes I'll just leave it

hanging on the couch, right?

365

:

I'll place the pillows.

366

:

I'll, brush any J hair off the floor.

367

:

off the cushions, right?

368

:

Simple.

369

:

It's less than…

370

:

On average, it takes me

90 seconds to do that.

371

:

I look at it and I think

"Oh my God," right?

372

:

I used to think that, "Oh my God,

I have to pick up the living room."

373

:

It took me, when I ti- 'cause I was like,

"Okay, how long does this actually take?"

374

:

Because I think it's gonna take me

forever, but it took me 90 seconds to

375

:

do it, and I wasn't even trying to rush.

376

:

It was just super quick.

377

:

little things like that, 90 seconds.

378

:

Even if I set a timer for five

minutes, I'm like, "Man, what

379

:

can I get done in five minutes?"

380

:

Okay, so living room reset

I love this because, in the

381

:

morning I am super creative.

382

:

I am present, I am aware, like

I, I'm ready to go, right?

383

:

And by doing this, and 'cause I

don't love to clean, my friend.

384

:

I want you to be clear here.

385

:

I don't love to clean.

386

:

It is not…

387

:

I do not like to do it.

388

:

If I could hire somebody to come and

clean my house, like deep clean my

389

:

house once a week, that'd be amazing.

390

:

I would love that.

391

:

But I'm not in that position

quite yet, so I don't have that.

392

:

I don't love to clean, though.

393

:

So I do this because it's going to, it's

lessening what it's gonna cost me the next

394

:

morning, later that day, the weight of

seeing the clutter, of seeing the dishes.

395

:

e- even if it's just a small

little thing, my friend, my mind

396

:

is not having to worry about it.

397

:

it's protecting my peace.

398

:

And my friend, that is self-leadership.

399

:

So another system that I

have is around cooking.

400

:

So I have tried to do the, batch, not

batch cooking, but what is it called?

401

:

meal planning kind of idea.

402

:

My mom used…

403

:

is a big meal planner.

404

:

She used to plan our meals

every single day, right?

405

:

She'd sit there on either Sunday

night or Monday or, yeah, and

406

:

plan out, 'cause she always went

to the grocery store on Mondays.

407

:

Monday afternoons after work she

would go to the grocery store

408

:

and buy groceries for the week.

409

:

And so she planned out

her meal, and she…

410

:

I learned that from her and it

was great and I loved that, and

411

:

I try to do that the best I can.

412

:

But when I'm busy, I sometimes don't take

the time to just m- plan out my meals.

413

:

So what- What I do is I batch cook things.

414

:

So I will batch cook, rice, right?

415

:

some type of bean, so I tend to do

either pinto beans or black beans.

416

:

I might, cut up some, lettuce,

or like a lettuce mix, right?

417

:

Like cabbage or, I'll cut it up and

just have it in a Ziploc bag so that

418

:

it's ready to go, if I wanna make a

quick salad or add some type of lettuce

419

:

mix onto something that I'm eating.

420

:

Or, I'll batch things so

that I have them ready.

421

:

So I like to make soy curls, and

turn them into either chicken,

422

:

some type of chicken, right?

423

:

Or some type of, beef, right?

424

:

So I'll cook a bunch of it and

then use it in a bowl, right?

425

:

a rice bowl, or I'll put it in a salad or

I'll put it in a taco or I'll put it in

426

:

some- whatever I'm- I wanna make, right?

427

:

So I have these things that I can

put together because I tried the

428

:

whole eating the same meal every

single day, and I just got bored.

429

:

I just, it was like the

same meal every day.

430

:

It was boring.

431

:

I did not like that.

432

:

It just did not work for me.

433

:

So when I kinda batch cook these different

items, I don't have to think about all

434

:

the things that I have to make and take

up all the time to do these things.

435

:

I can just go in and take some of

the rice, take some of the beans,

436

:

and mix something up, right?

437

:

I have…

438

:

I can get a little bit more

creative with these things.

439

:

Sometimes I'll make, a big…

440

:

I- I've been in love right now

with, the cilantro- sauce I do.

441

:

I am a fan of cilantro,

so I'll put, cilantro.

442

:

I've been using Greek yogurt because of

the protein, but Greek yogurt doesn't

443

:

really feel good in my body, so I try…

444

:

I've been trying to use, more

of a almond-based yogurt.

445

:

but either one of those work really well.

446

:

If you want the extra protein,

the Greek works great.

447

:

But, cilantro and I put garlic

in it, crushed garlic, and I put,

448

:

a little bit of tomato in it.

449

:

I'll put red onion in it, and

if I want it a little bit spicy,

450

:

I'll put some jalapeños in it.

451

:

And I just mix that up with some

salt and a little bit of lime juice

452

:

and oh my goodness, it's so good.

453

:

And I put that on everything

I'll put it on my eggs.

454

:

I'll put it on my, in

my, on my bowls, right?

455

:

If I'm making like a little

rice bowl or something.

456

:

I'll put it on my salad.

457

:

I'll use it as a salad dressing.

458

:

So I'll make like a bunch of it, like a

big bottle of it, and then I have it to

459

:

put on whatever I want, whenever I want.

460

:

So something like you can think about some

staples that you can cook ahead of time.

461

:

if you eat chicken, right?

462

:

Cook a bunch of chicken, and then

you have it right there, and then you

463

:

can use it, in other dishes, right?

464

:

sometimes, you go get that Costco chicken.

465

:

My mom used to do her own chicken, but

I know a lot of people do that, right?

466

:

They go get the Costco chicken or

wherever from the store, and they shred

467

:

it all up, and then they have this

shredded chicken for the week, right?

468

:

If that's something you do.

469

:

There you go.

470

:

You got some, some ideas here for you.

471

:

This is going to remove like some

of that like, "Oh my goodness,

472

:

what do, what am I gonna make?"

473

:

yes, there's a little bit of that,

but I already have stuff made

474

:

so it's less thinking, right?

475

:

It's like I said earlier, don't

make me make the list of places

476

:

that we wanna go to dinner.

477

:

Let me just decide between two things.

478

:

That's what this batch cooking does.

479

:

It makes it easy to just say,

"It's this or this," right?

480

:

Because there's a couple of

things that I can make with this.

481

:

All right.

482

:

This one is a little bit newer.

483

:

I probably d- have been doing this

one maybe a year and a half now.

484

:

And I actually really like it.

485

:

So this is I took this idea of like

what are this meal planning kind of

486

:

idea, and turned it into a color a

day, and the color a day is I chose

487

:

a color or a couple of colors every

s- for every single day of the week.

488

:

So Mondays is black.

489

:

I did Monday as black because

it's the moon- it's Moon Day.

490

:

And Thursday is Wednesday is pink

because on Wednesdays we wear pink.

491

:

on Thursdays, I, I have pink or purple,

and I did that just because sometimes

492

:

I have I have purple that I wanna wear.

493

:

and so I have that set so that

every single day there's a color

494

:

that when I go in my closet and

I'm like, "Okay, what do I…

495

:

What am I gonna wear today?"

496

:

Because sometimes, that can be decision

fatigue, is I look at the closet and

497

:

I'm like, "Oh, I'm wearing pink today."

498

:

So I go to my pink items because

my closet is organized by color.

499

:

pink, take the pink out, right?

500

:

The other thing that I actually started

doing this week, not this week, this year,

501

:

is recording my videos in the same outfit.

502

:

So I wear a white shirt and either

my blue, kind of like blazer

503

:

idea, or I wear my black one.

504

:

It's like those are the only two

things that I wear when I'm recording

505

:

an actual video for YouTube.

506

:

So it became this uniform that

I have, so that every time you

507

:

look at a video, you see that.

508

:

It's, for that one, it was for like

people see it and they can recognize it.

509

:

"Oh, that's that girl that I saw," right?

510

:

Might not know who I am yet, but they

know "Oh, that's that girl I saw."

511

:

That, for one, but it also is

really easy for me to be like,

512

:

"Oh, I'm recording videos today.

513

:

Okay, cool.

514

:

Pull out the white shirt," right?

515

:

Doesn't matter what I'm wearing

on the bottom 'cause nobody sees

516

:

it, but I'm wearing a white shirt.

517

:

It beca- it's a system.

518

:

It's an, a uniform that I wear, and I

love uniforms because it makes it so easy.

519

:

I don't have to think about anything.

520

:

I just know this is what I'm, this is what

I'm wearing, so I just pull it out, right?

521

:

Steve Jobs, he's known for, or he

was known for having that same idea.

522

:

He wore the same thing.

523

:

It's less mental load, my friend.

524

:

So I have some days that are green.

525

:

I have some days that are pink and purple.

526

:

I have some days that are black, some

days that are like a brown or an orange.

527

:

It also, here's another thing, it also

helped me use different items in my

528

:

closet, 'cause I found myself going…

529

:

This is how it kinda came up, is

I found myself going to the same

530

:

exact things every single day.

531

:

I would like, or every single week.

532

:

Every week I would wear like

these same shirts or these same

533

:

pants or these same shorts, right?

534

:

It was always the same thing

and I'm like, "I love these.

535

:

How come I don't ever wear these?"

536

:

And so by having this color idea, it's

like, "Oh, I get to wear this," right?

537

:

This purple shirt that I love that

I never wear, or this brown shirt

538

:

that I have that I never wear.

539

:

And so it gives me more of that, like

being able to use more of my closet.

540

:

So There you go, my friend.

541

:

Maybe you can pick a color of the day

for you, or maybe it's just every time

542

:

you go do X, you wear this, right?

543

:

so that you're not having, again,

you're not having to think about this.

544

:

You just go to your closet.

545

:

It's like, "Today's pink day.

546

:

Where's my pink shirt?"

547

:

Or, "Where's the couple of pink

shirts, and which one do I wanna wear?

548

:

Do I wanna wear the dress?

549

:

Do I wanna wear the tank top?

550

:

Do I wanna wear the shirt?"

551

:

which one do I wanna wear?

552

:

Done.

553

:

Easy.

554

:

Simple.

555

:

Also helps for me over-buying

things because then I have

556

:

five, six blue shirts, right?

557

:

10 black shirts.

558

:

I don't need that many sh- shirts, right?

559

:

I only need a couple of different…

560

:

Maybe I have it in a tank top.

561

:

Maybe I have it in a button-down.

562

:

Maybe I have it in a,

just a V-neck, right?

563

:

I have…

564

:

And then I know I have these

things, so I don't need to go

565

:

spend money on another shirt.

566

:

I already have these.

567

:

Now, if I find I want to add

something into my closet, then great.

568

:

But sometimes, I think we go shopping

not because we actually need the

569

:

thing, but we're trying to fulfill

a desire or a need that we have.

570

:

And so when you have this

system like this, "I don't

571

:

wear this, and I do wear this."

572

:

That's the other thing, right?

573

:

I look, and I know that I

always go to these same shirts.

574

:

Why don't I ever go to that shirt?

575

:

I may not go to that shirt

because maybe it's too fancy.

576

:

We think that too.

577

:

It's too fancy.

578

:

Too fancy to wear at home

while I'm working, right?

579

:

Okay.

580

:

So maybe it's a going out, right?

581

:

When you go out.

582

:

So if it's on blue day, and it's a

fancy shirt, you wear that, right?

583

:

"Oh, next time I go out,

and it's on a Wednesday, I'm

584

:

gonna wear this blue shirt."

585

:

So there you go, my friend.

586

:

That's how my brain works.

587

:

There you go.

588

:

All right.

589

:

The next one, so these

are more, in my business.

590

:

and so for those of you

that have businesses, this

591

:

is, these might be helpful.

592

:

And even if you don't have a business,

but maybe you do work in the corporate

593

:

environment, this could also maybe

support you if you think about some

594

:

of the things that you might be doing.

595

:

So this one, first one is cal- a

calendar sy- calendar system for invites.

596

:

So first off, I have a scheduling,

like a scheduling system.

597

:

So my, CRM does, does that for me, right?

598

:

So when I am, number one, I have

parameters of when I take certain

599

:

calls and when I do certain things.

600

:

I only record podcast episodes on

Thursdays and sometimes on Fridays.

601

:

So if you want to be on the podcast,

it's gotta be on a Thursday, right?

602

:

If somebody is trying to record an episode

with me, it's gonna be on a Thursday.

603

:

That is a system that I have, right?

604

:

It's a parameter that I have

in my system that says you can

605

:

only book it on these days.

606

:

Another thing is, if you wanna book, a

certain call with me, let's say my inner

607

:

authority call, you wanna book that call

with me, I only do it on certain days,

608

:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every,

maybe twice, twice a month on a Saturday.

609

:

And that's it.

610

:

That's the only time you can book it.

611

:

You can't book it on a Monday,

you can't book it on a Friday, you

612

:

can't book it on a Sunday, right?

613

:

I've limited it to when that happens.

614

:

The other thing is when

any, any, any time…

615

:

I automatically have these

things for my systems.

616

:

But let's say, somebody says "Hey,

can we chat about something?"

617

:

And it's going to be, a virtual

chat or even a phone call.

618

:

And it's like, "Okay, let's

do it at, 4:00 PM," right?

619

:

Our schedules line up for 4:00 PM.

620

:

I will go in on my calendar,

and I will put a little, meeting

621

:

thing, like a event on my…

622

:

I use Google, and I will put call

with That, so that, because my

623

:

calendar is everything, if it's not

on my calendar, it doesn't exist.

624

:

I have it on there.

625

:

So even if it's, call with at 4:00 PM,

and it does- might not have any other

626

:

things in it, I might not even send it

to them, but it just says, "Call with

627

:

I automatically put it on my calendar

so that, first off, it doesn't get

628

:

booked with anything else, right?

629

:

Number two, I know it's there and I can

see it, so I can either prepare for it if

630

:

I need to prepare for it, or if I, I, I

just know what's, if I'm available, right?

631

:

Or not.

632

:

sometimes I'll have friends that

are like, "Hey, do we, do you

633

:

wanna meet for coffee," right?

634

:

Or, "Go have breakfast or something."

635

:

And it's like, are we gonna do it, I look

at my calendar and I'm like, "Okay, I

636

:

can do it either Tuesday or Thursday."

637

:

I will go in automatically and mark that

off on my calendar with, question marks.

638

:

That's, my system, right?

639

:

I'll put it on my calendar and I

put question marks so I know I've

640

:

told them this time and this time.

641

:

And so that way, when they get

back to me and say, "Oh yeah,

642

:

let's do Thursday at 10:00."

643

:

Perfect.

644

:

Then I take off the Tuesday one, I

leave the Thursday one, and for me,

645

:

efficiency because again, I, this is…

646

:

And not just efficiency, but more so

taking the brain, mental load off.

647

:

I, if they've said "Let's meet at

this place," I will put the, I will

648

:

put the address to the place that

we're going or I'll like, Google.

649

:

It's really easy, you just

type it in and it comes up and

650

:

you're like, "Yeah, that one."

651

:

I will do that because then it, I

don't have to go back into my text

652

:

messages, "Where were we meeting again?"

653

:

Or if we're going to meet in a particular

city and maybe we haven't decided

654

:

where, I will say, "Oh, m- I'll put the

city in it so I know where I'm going."

655

:

This also helps if I'm tr- trying to

plan other things at the same time.

656

:

I can say, "I'm already

gonna be over here."

657

:

I'm gonna be up in Austin, right?

658

:

"I'm gonna be around here, so if you

wanna meet, we can go do this," right?

659

:

Or, "I'm already up there already, so

I can add another meeting" instead of

660

:

looking at my calendar and being like,

"Oh, I can't because, blah, blah, blah."

661

:

No, I can look and say,

"Oh, I'm gonna be up there.

662

:

Can we meet then?"

663

:

So just some things for, for

you to consider, my friend,

664

:

when it comes to your calendar.

665

:

This is, again, this is

helping me keep my peace.

666

:

some people might be, "This is a little

too structured for me," and that's okay.

667

:

take what works for you, my

friend, and leave what doesn't.

668

:

I invite you to see, is this

going to cause you peace?

669

:

If doing it the first time

maybe stresses you out, that I

670

:

get, because it did for me too.

671

:

But then after I made the decision once to

keep this as my practice, the rest became

672

:

easy, because it's just a no-brainer.

673

:

I don't have to think about it.

674

:

Like, when I was thinking about

my systems, I was like, "What

675

:

are the things that I do?"

676

:

Because legit, I don't think

about these things 'cause

677

:

they're just part of what I do.

678

:

They're just…

679

:

They just come in, and

they help me lead my life.

680

:

They help me find peace.

681

:

They help me have less mental load.

682

:

So this is of the systems, my friend.

683

:

All right.

684

:

Next one is automation.

685

:

So I have automations for

different things, and I follow

686

:

this girl on Instagram that,

oh my gosh, I l- I love her.

687

:

She uses, NFC, more so devices so that

it's think about it as this, a little

688

:

card that you use, at the hotel, right?

689

:

You put your ho- your hotel

key, the little thing opens

690

:

up, and then it, you get in.

691

:

It's very similar to this concept, okay?

692

:

So what she's done with her phone

and these other devices is that

693

:

when she gets to a certain spot in

her home or when she comes home,

694

:

certain things happen automatically.

695

:

one of the things that I have-

That happens automatically is

696

:

when I leave the house, my Wi-Fi

automatically turns off on my phone.

697

:

I just have it automatically

turn off because I don't want…

698

:

It d- for when it drains

your battery, right?

699

:

When you're having the Wi-Fi on.

700

:

But there's no need for me to be

connected to Wi-Fi, and I don't

701

:

want anybody to pick up on Wi-Fi.

702

:

I don't wanna pick up on

these other Wi-Fi things.

703

:

I don't want it to automatically

connect to anything.

704

:

I don't know, maybe I'm a little

freaked out about that, but

705

:

I don't want that to happen.

706

:

So automatically, when I leave my house,

my phone senses when I leave my house,

707

:

that it automatically turns off my Wi-Fi.

708

:

So I don't have to think about that.

709

:

I don't…

710

:

Again, these are things

that happen automatic.

711

:

um, so in my business, I have

emails that are automatic.

712

:

So if somebody wants to download

a specific thing that I'm,

713

:

offering or talking about, it…

714

:

or, the inner authority call, right?

715

:

If you wanna book an inner authority

call, there's the link that you go to.

716

:

You click on that, you put in

your information, and after you're

717

:

done, it'll send you an email.

718

:

And then I have it set up so the day

before you'll get an email reminding you,

719

:

"Oh, your session's coming up," right?

720

:

And then the day of it'll say, "Oh, your

session's today, and here's the link,"

721

:

and it gives you all the information.

722

:

And so it has a few emails that go

out that I set up one time and that

723

:

I've never had to think about again.

724

:

I did it one time, and I've

never thought it again.

725

:

So one of the things when I used to

network a lot is I had an email, like,

726

:

when I met somebody, and I add them,

added them into, my system, right?

727

:

I'd get their business card or whatever,

and then we'd set up, a connection.

728

:

I would say, I would send them

an email, and I was like, "If you

729

:

wanna connect," would be a link

to book a time on my calendar.

730

:

And whether it was in person or,

digital, vir- virtual, it didn't matter.

731

:

I just sent them this automatic email.

732

:

Beautiful, right?

733

:

If after I meet with somebody, it'll

send them an, especially the first time,

734

:

it'll send them an email automatically.

735

:

"It was so great to meet you," right?

736

:

When I do sales calls for other

entrepreneurs, the same thing.

737

:

I have a template of an email that I use

that after I'm done talking with them, I

738

:

add in the little personalized components

of it, add on whatever link I need to

739

:

add in, and then I send that email off.

740

:

it's…

741

:

These are things that happen

pretty, mostly automatic, right?

742

:

Again, my friend, I want you

to think about where can you

743

:

automate some of the things.

744

:

I'll give you another personal one that

I'm thinking about the automations.

745

:

A personal one I have is my phone.

746

:

My phone goes into sleep mode at 9:00 PM.

747

:

At 9:00 PM, it automatically

goes into sleep mode until,

748

:

I think it goes off at 6:30.

749

:

So from 9:00 to 6:30, my

phone is complete silence.

750

:

it doesn't…

751

:

it's on, a do not disturb.

752

:

My settings go, quiet, right?

753

:

So you could call me,

and I'm not gonna answer.

754

:

You could send me a text message.

755

:

I have some friends that get up

really early, and they're like, "Oh,

756

:

I di- I didn't wanna text you earlier

because I didn't wanna wake you up."

757

:

I'm like, "You are not

going to bother me."

758

:

My phone is on DND from 9:00 PM

to 6:30 AM every single night, and

759

:

it automatically does that for me.

760

:

I don't have to do it.

761

:

It automatically does it.

762

:

The other one I have is then

from 9:00 to noon every single

763

:

day, Monday through Friday, my

phone automatically goes on DND.

764

:

So you cannot ca- you can call

me, but I will not see your call

765

:

because those are my prime time to…

766

:

my brain's in its most effective

place, and so I wanna be

767

:

in my most creative work.

768

:

I wanna be recording podcasts.

769

:

I wanna be thinking about content.

770

:

I wanna be writing workshops, right?

771

:

That's the time that I wanna do

that stuff because that's when

772

:

my brain is best for doing that.

773

:

So I don't wanna be disturbed

by notifications, by calls.

774

:

That's another thing.

775

:

I don't have notifications turned

on for pretty much everything.

776

:

m- I think the only thing I have

turned on for notifications are my text

777

:

messages, and right now I have ring, my

ring on for, like, when somebody comes.

778

:

m- move.

779

:

Whatever.

780

:

they get to near your house.

781

:

I have that one on right now.

782

:

All the o- anything else is n- on…

783

:

I don't have any of my socials

notifications on, any of

784

:

my email notifications off.

785

:

Those are all off, and I have that

because I don't want to be disturbed.

786

:

Like, when I'm doing

something, it takes…

787

:

I seen this live- I'll be

talking to somebody and they have

788

:

their notifications on, right?

789

:

And so they're telling me something,

their phone goes off because they…

790

:

Somebody commented on a post on Instagram,

and they go and they grab their phone,

791

:

they turn it over, they look at it, they

read whatever notification came up, and

792

:

then they put it down and they're trying

to remember what they were even talking

793

:

about because they've been distracted.

794

:

Their energy has moved to whatever,

what notification was on there.

795

:

And if it's something that they need

to respond to or they feel they need

796

:

to respond to, they will respond and

be like, "Oh, hold on one second.

797

:

I need to respond to this."

798

:

And then they respond to it,

and they've totally taken…

799

:

They've been taking out of whatever it

is that they were talking about, and then

800

:

they have to remember where they were.

801

:

It doesn't seem like that's

a lot, but it is, my friend.

802

:

It is.

803

:

You are completely distracting yourself.

804

:

So my, my recommendation to

you would be turn off all your,

805

:

turn off your notifications.

806

:

Now, if you're the person that's

like, "But I can't because what if my

807

:

mom calls or what if my kid calls?"

808

:

I got it.

809

:

I got it.

810

:

I got you.

811

:

Because I have the same thing.

812

:

I have, even though it's on DND,

there are certain people, and your

813

:

phones can do this, my friend.

814

:

I am an Android girl, but I'm

sure Apple can do this, too.

815

:

You can have certain people still

come through even though it's on DND.

816

:

So even though my phone's on DND, if

my love calls me, my phone will ring.

817

:

Because I know if he- well, because my

love is really good at this, I know if

818

:

he's calling me, there is something that

I really need to pay attention to, right?

819

:

So he, overnight, right?

820

:

My mom, if my mom needs to call me for

something, I- she's able to call me.

821

:

my love's mom, so my mother-in-law,

she's able to call me.

822

:

his daughter, she's able to call me.

823

:

I have them able to call me because

if something's happens in the middle

824

:

of the night, I wanna know about

it, if it's an emergency, right?

825

:

Those people.

826

:

So you can still have

that, so there you go.

827

:

Okay, let's go to content.

828

:

So content, I batch…

829

:

I try to batch script and brainstorm

ide- idea generation all, on Mondays.

830

:

So Monday is my, my admin day, and

it's also my batch content day.

831

:

Now, I don't record, generally speaking,

on Mondays, but I do create the content.

832

:

So I'll brainstorm the ideas, I'll

brainstorm, what I wanna write.

833

:

I'll…

834

:

and I have set up some GPTs in Claude

that I specifically will put in…

835

:

she asks me certain questions, I answer

those questions, and then she'll give me

836

:

a list of ideas, and then I pick some of

those ideas, and then I'll write what I

837

:

think I wanna talk about for those ideas.

838

:

I'll give it back to her, and she'll

write out some scripts for me or

839

:

she'll write out some captions for me.

840

:

And then I'm able to take that,

and then I put it into my Notion

841

:

that has my content planner.

842

:

And I'll plan out when each of

those pieces is going to go.

843

:

So that is a system that I have

where I have a specific day that

844

:

I'm doing this, because if I…

845

:

I used to be the person that tried

to create content every single

846

:

day as far as, brainstorm the

idea, write the script, write the

847

:

caption, and then record the thing.

848

:

And it just was a lot for me to think

about And so it's easier for me to get

849

:

all of the ideas out, and then write

everything out, and then just know

850

:

that when I'm ready to record it, I

can just look at the plan that I've

851

:

created for myself and record, right?

852

:

So Tuesdays tend to be my

recording days for things.

853

:

I'll record a YouTube video.

854

:

I'll…

855

:

might record the podcast.

856

:

I'll record social media content, right?

857

:

It's usually on Tuesday because

all the work was done on when?

858

:

Monday.

859

:

Yeah, there we go.

860

:

Super easy plan for me.

861

:

The other thing, other kind of

system that I have, and this can be

862

:

used for a lot of different things,

but specifically for, if you're…

863

:

The one that's coming to me right now

is if you have, if you tend to go to the

864

:

doctor's a lot, or you are taking a parent

who might be, going through something

865

:

right now, is I have in Notion…

866

:

Now, I use this for my clients, but this

could be, again, you might be able to

867

:

see other ways that you can use it, is

in Notion I have, this database, and

868

:

this database has pages that I've set

up So that when I meet with a client, I

869

:

have this little, record of what we've

done, what we've talked about, and I

870

:

will put in there, like I a- always

ask my clients a couple questions when

871

:

we first start, so I have those at the

top where I can record their responses.

872

:

I also have a section that

says the things that we…

873

:

Like notes, so things

that we've talked about.

874

:

So these are notes that I might

just be taking during our session.

875

:

I also have a thing of things

that we worked on, so different

876

:

processes that, we might have done.

877

:

I also have a thing of things that came

up that maybe we wanna work on later.

878

:

If I've given them soul work, I will write

that, soul work, and I write down when

879

:

their next session is so that every time I

meet with a client I can go back and look.

880

:

Like, when you've got a lot

of clients I found and I…

881

:

This happened to me.

882

:

This is why I created this system,

was because I, you know, would meet

883

:

with a client and be like, "Wait,

what did we talk about last week?"

884

:

And they're like, "Remember when we

were talking about blah blah blah?"

885

:

And I was like, "No, I

don't remember any of that."

886

:

So I was like, "Okay, So I had to

create a system, so that's what I did.

887

:

I created this little

database in Notion, and it…

888

:

I created a little template so it…

889

:

Every time I click this

little template in Notion.

890

:

If you are not into Notion

yet, my friend, it's beautiful.

891

:

I do everything in Notion.

892

:

Go look on YouTube at Notion

and you'll see the beauty of it.

893

:

but what it does is it's all there, right?

894

:

So then when I'm meeting with that

client, I click on, and I have it in the

895

:

calendar view so I can go to their last…

896

:

I can see their name and I

can go to their last session.

897

:

I click on it and I read what we

talked about, what we did, right?

898

:

So then when I'm coming to the

next session, I'm either building

899

:

upon that last session, or I have

that idea in their head and I can

900

:

ask them, "So how is this going?"

901

:

Like, when you've got just a few clients

you could probably manage that, but

902

:

when you've got 10 to 15 clients- My

friend, it's really hard to remember

903

:

all of those little pieces of things

that you've talked about, or when

904

:

you've done a reading for somebody.

905

:

So I have, their astrology charts, right?

906

:

And so I have that information

in their little profile so that

907

:

I know, what their astrology is.

908

:

Sometimes I'll look at their

astrology before our session just

909

:

to have it in the back of my mind.

910

:

Sometimes we talk about

it, sometimes we don't.

911

:

A lot of the times we don't.

912

:

I just kinda have it in my mind.

913

:

But I'll go and look.

914

:

I don't wanna have to go and pull

everybody's chart every single time.

915

:

it's already there for me to look.

916

:

I even have a link in there

that takes me to their chart

917

:

so that I can see it, right?

918

:

And I can look at their current transits.

919

:

it…

920

:

This is a system, my friend.

921

:

so you might think about if…

922

:

I'm…

923

:

I thought about the whole,

taking, going to the doctor's.

924

:

If I'm going to a bunch of doctor visits

where there's something going on, I

925

:

also wanna notice patterns, right?

926

:

If I was taking care of an e-

elderly parent right now, or a parent

927

:

that was sick, I would probably

set up something like this where

928

:

I have where I can take notes.

929

:

I can put what they talked about, what

they mentioned, what, Because I can tell

930

:

you this, I don't remember half the things

that a doctor tells me when I go in.

931

:

But if I sit there and take some

notes, I can go back and say, "Oh,

932

:

last year, this is when I noticed

I was having an ear issue," right?

933

:

Because it was happening the

same time every single year.

934

:

And so that was something that I

could then could tell my doctor, "Hey,

935

:

this is happening every single year.

936

:

I'm not sure what it is, but I

wanna give you this information.

937

:

Last time they s- last time they

gave me this medication, right?

938

:

This is what they gave me last time.

939

:

Can I get that?

940

:

'Cause that worked," right?

941

:

Things like that just make it…

942

:

I don't remember.

943

:

I can't remember a year ago when I went…

944

:

Actually, it's been two years, thank God.

945

:

Two years that I went to

urgent care for my ear.

946

:

I don't remember what they gave me.

947

:

I have no idea what they…

948

:

I know I have the paper somewhere.

949

:

It's probably in a drawer

somewhere, or I threw it away.

950

:

I don't remember what that is, but

if I have a place where I can note

951

:

that information, it's gonna be

so much easier for me, to notice a

952

:

pattern, for one, and two, to know.

953

:

I don't have to be like, "Oh, I

don't know what they gave me."

954

:

yes, they're supposed to keep

records, but my friend, like-

955

:

Like, the, let's, we are leaders.

956

:

We are leaders of our own self and

our own life, so we rely, right?

957

:

We rely on ourselves, and this right

here, systems, is what helps you.

958

:

So every system that I've just

described, my friend, exists because

959

:

at some point I identified it in my

life, that I was spending way too much

960

:

energy that I didn't need to spend.

961

:

I was making decisions that

I'd already made, right?

962

:

I was starting from chaos when

I could have been starting

963

:

from a stable ground place.

964

:

So these systems are what I built and I

put in place to give me peace of mind.

965

:

The sacred CEO, the woman that I

talk about in the work that I do,

966

:

the woman I'm trying to be, right?

967

:

and to be that support for others,

I can't run at maximum capacity.

968

:

I have to be able to manage the

things that I am doing so that I

969

:

can be there and show up for the

people that I do hold space for.

970

:

I built these structures so that

I can have the things done that

971

:

I need to get done, and still be

able to be there for her, for you.

972

:

the keys, the key basket

that I have, right?

973

:

That's a structure.

974

:

The calendar system is a structure.

975

:

My living room reset is a structure.

976

:

And all those things are calming

my nervous system, are releasing

977

:

my mental load, are releasing

decision fatigue, right?

978

:

They're not requiring me to have

this willpower and this great memory.

979

:

No, my friend.

980

:

Structure is freedom.

981

:

It makes freedom possible.

982

:

So when I don't have to think about the

dishes or the keys or the calendar or that

983

:

follow-up email or what my client said

in our last session, I free up capacity

984

:

that can go somewhere else, right?

985

:

It might go into holding

that space for a client.

986

:

It might go into a podcast recording.

987

:

It might go into a

workshop that I'm creating.

988

:

I'm not scrambling.

989

:

A lot of people say, "You're so grounded."

990

:

This, my friend, this is one of

the main reasons why I'm grounded

991

:

because I live a sacred CEO life.

992

:

A life where what needs doing has

a time and a place, and the space

993

:

between these things is spacious.

994

:

So I hope that there was something

in here for you in this episode

995

:

that maybe gave you an idea or

gave you permission of some sort.

996

:

that, my friend, is how I operate.

997

:

That's my brain, if you wanted to know.

998

:

There you go.

999

:

if you wanna go deeper on how, your

operating system, is working, the

:

00:54:56,898 --> 00:55:01,437

nervous system behind your patterns,

your identity, that's exactly the kind

:

00:55:01,437 --> 00:55:07,390

of work that I do inside my containers,

Sacred CEO Collective, and my Ascend

:

00:55:07,391 --> 00:55:09,205

Sacred Coaching, my one-on-one container.

:

00:55:09,461 --> 00:55:13,496

There is a link down in the show

notes, to book an inner authority call.

:

00:55:13,878 --> 00:55:17,875

that's just to start a conversation

to see where you're at, to see if,

:

00:55:18,264 --> 00:55:20,371

how I can support you in any way.

:

00:55:20,371 --> 00:55:20,698

There's…

:

00:55:20,756 --> 00:55:25,077

I will say this, every single call

that I do in an inner authority

:

00:55:25,079 --> 00:55:29,320

call, there is some type of

takeaway that person has received.

:

00:55:29,348 --> 00:55:34,256

I do not end a call without some,

some way, shape, or form, something

:

00:55:34,260 --> 00:55:38,777

having some type of breakthrough

or new perspective on something.

:

00:55:38,805 --> 00:55:40,104

That is just who I am.

:

00:55:40,483 --> 00:55:41,428

it's what I do.

:

00:55:41,481 --> 00:55:46,813

And, we'll also talk about if it does

look like, you and I working together.

:

00:55:46,813 --> 00:55:51,526

So if this or anything that I shared

today resonated with you, if you think

:

00:55:51,526 --> 00:55:54,989

a friend or somebody else needs to

hear this, please, my friend, share

:

00:55:54,989 --> 00:55:58,900

it with somebody that you know that

is, maybe in chaos, and maybe one of

:

00:55:58,900 --> 00:56:00,730

these systems will help support them.

:

00:56:01,109 --> 00:56:04,155

My friend, remember, new episodes

come out every single week, so I

:

00:56:04,157 --> 00:56:06,421

can't wait to see you in the next one.

:

00:56:06,858 --> 00:56:14,596

And until then, my friend, remember

to keep shining your unique

:

00:56:17,511 --> 00:56:17,558

light.
