In this episode I ask a few small creative questions that are meant to evoke observation, particularly of our own thoughts. Because lets face it, inside our own heads is where the change needs to start. Just noticing how we think and the things we say to ourselves can shine light on what kind of beliefs and stories we tell ourselves to be true. You can then make choices about that creating internal change, which naturally creates external change and inspired action.
