Shownotes

Are you designing your group programs based on how YOU want to deliver them or are you taking into consideration what adults need in order to reach their individual goals?

As a consultant and strategist who works with high growth companies that deliver medium to large scale group programs, I get to interview a lot of clients about their experience inside group coaching programs.

You might find it surprising that clients who have great results do not equal client satisfaction, happiness, or indicate a client renewal in the future.

In fact, you’ve probably been surprised in the past when certain clients didn’t renew because they did get great results and are a perfect fit for what you offer.

The truth is, your clients can achieve tremendous results on paper AND have a horrible experience inside of your program. Never to return again. Which isn’t good for them and certainly not good for the sustainability of your business.

In this episode I’m going to share the TOP FIVE components clients wish leaders would incorporate into their group programs.

03:14 - why results do not equal client satisfaction

14:57 - having a full accountability system

17:53 - a more holistic view of clients team wide

21:37 - clients crave structure

24:35 - more training topics does not equal more value

25:14 - community, community, community

27:15 - examples of client feedback about the community aspect of programs
