Your softness

She is both the one who nurtures…
and the one who transforms.
And for so long…
we have been taught to disconnect from her.
To ignore our bodies.
To silence our intuition.
To push through exhaustion.
And this work…
is about coming back.
You Are Not Behind
There is something I want you to hear clearly:
You are not behind.
You are not late.
You are not broken.
You are unfolding.
Exactly as you are meant to.
Your path is your own.
Your timing is your own.
And everything you have experienced…
has brought you to this moment.
