website designers, developers, those who really sit in that space because.

I really know how tough it is to be able to have a career in website

design that you really love.

Not just something that pays the bills, not something

that's like, oh, that will do.

Or not something that you've fallen outta love with because

it just feels too hard some days.

I hear you.

I've been every stage of that.

Trust me.

The good thing is I came out the other side and there is a way that

you can come outta the other side too.

And this whole podcast and my work with designers and developers has all

been about supporting you in having a career that you absolutely love,

but one that's sustainable as well.

So I've taken all of my knowledge, all of my resources, and I have a program

that is absolutely gonna transform your experience and your career.

So the Phoenix program starts off with a Kickstarter call, and this

is a one-to-one call, which is gonna give us the opportunity to really

discover what you love about your work.

we're gonna look at what you are not so keen on what's working

for you and what needs fixing because there will be some things.

It could be that your pricing's a little bit low, and I speak to a lot

of web designers where their pricing is low, they're feeling burned out,

and they dunno how to change it.

Well, I am here to support you in not only feeling confident with that.

To really go after what you deserve and see this return

come in over and over again.

It's not a fluke, it's just something that you need the support with.

So our Kickstarter call is going to cover, say everything you love about

the business, everything that you're not feeling so great about, and we're

gonna look at the ways to fix that so that you are doing work that you love.

And you are not feeling bogged down or worn down by the bits that so

far haven't felt so great for you.

So after the Kickstart article, we'll go into one-to-one weekly mentoring.

And those sessions, you'll be working directly with me and we will be working on

stuff that we identified in the Kickstart article, but we will also be working on

anything that's come up for you that week.

And yeah, anything that you need, guidance, reassurance, the

space is yours every single week.

We will work together and help you progress through this program.

There will also be group coaching calls, and it's a really nice opportunity

that you'll get to know your cohorts.

You'll discover a lot of things that come up for you within your

business and how you're doing it are also coming up for them.

And I dunno about you, but for me it always felt really, yeah, reassuring.

I wasn't the only one who was experiencing this or going through this, and when I've

been in group coaching programs before I've always loved hearing the advice

being given to, you know, other cohorts as well, and just thinking, oh yeah, I

could tweak that for me, or whatever else.

So this is an opportunity for you to learn together, learn

from me, and you'll be able to do this on our group coaching calls.

We'll also have web clinic drop-ins and the web clinic will be open

once a week and you can drop in with any questions that you may have.

It's not coaching, it's a hands-on session where you might have, I'm

not sure how to tackle this design or this bit of code's not working, or a

client's asked of this and I'm just not quite sure how to deliver it.

You'll get expert advice from me.

You'll get expert advice from your cohorts as well.

And if you can't make a session that week, but you still have a question,

email it in and we'll record that section answering it for you as well.

So it's taly inclusive, everybody is welcome, and the web clinic

will be open every week as well.

You'll also have monthly masterminds, and these are done in groups, so you'll

have the opportunity to get to know each other, the opportunity to grow

together and learn from each other.

They're structured session and they're gonna be run by a facilitator, and that

facilitator won't be me because every now and then we do need a break from the bus.

It's a real opportunity to be able to say anything that you want to within the

safety of the session to explore where you might have a little bit of a block

or some growth and just to check in.

So that will be happening on a monthly basis.

You'll get unlimited email access to me as well.

These sessions will be recorded so you can watch the replay and they'll cover

So when I came up with the program, I thought, what kind

of name will I have for this?

And I, yeah, I gave it a lot of thought because obviously you put

your name to something and you, you want to feel really confident in it.

And when I came up with Phoenix, it was because it's about transformation.

And right now I'm guessing if you're listening to this,

you're probably looking for some transformation in your career and.

Transformation.

You also need the energy to do that, and this is gonna be a program

where you know it's gonna be high energy, but all that good stuff.

We're gonna celebrate the wins.

We're gonna work hard, we're gonna learn from some of the best people

in the industry, and we're gonna use that to rise and we're gonna

use it to transform your career.

I chose nine months for the program because.

We need momentum to create change, and in the first few months

you will see some quick wins.

This could be increasing your pricing.

It could be that you're using my contracts to firm things up, that

you're holding better boundaries.

There'll be some really good quick wins, but we also need to set the

groundwork for things that do take longer to plant, to seed, to grow.

This could be us working on your confidence, could

be nailing your messaging.

It could be hitting those financial goals that you have.

It could be building an email list and committing to a newsletter.

That all takes a little bit more time and so I really wanted to give us the time.

Working together over nine months where you could see that change and you're gonna

look back and think, wow, a year ago my career was completely different to how

it is now, and I've really, really risen, and nine months allow us to do that.

There are limited spaces, and I have limited the spaces because

I want us to work one-to-one.

I want us to work really well as well.

And as I say, you know, this is a high energy IT commitment and I wanna make

sure I can bring that energy to you.

So it's a small, amount of people and one of the spaces has already sold as well.
