A globally recognized thought leader, Ahmad advises start-ups, government ministries, and colleges and universities on the future of education, talent and economy. He shares his insights on a broad range of topics with audiences worldwide through keynotes, panel discussions, and executive sessions at premiere events. His leadership model for designing and facilitating large-scale innovation engagements is officially cited as a business case at the Harvard Business School.

His primary practice areas include educational leadership, collaborative innovation, adult learning, career education, adaptive leadership, workforce development, strategic facilitation, deep futures research, community engagement, and learning hubs/centers.

Ahmad has previously served as an Economic Opportunities Fellow with the Aspen Institute, Presidential Fellow at Saybrook University and as a mayoral appointee to Rockefeller Global 100 Resilient Cities initiative.

Ahmad earned master’s in Strategic Leadership from St. Mary’s College, Master of Education (M.Ed) in Adult Learning and Development from San Francisco State University, and received his executive training at the Harvard Kennedy School, Center for Public Leadership.
