It's true, this is happening to our clients as well. Email discoverability rules have gotten stricter and it is effecting established businesses.

Step 1 - you must be using a domain email. An old fashion simple @gmail is not going to cut it anymore. Sadly, too many bad apples have ruined the bunch.

Step 2 - you must set up the DKIM and DMARC records. In today's episode I break down what these are and where to go about updating them.

Another good rule of thumb that I did not mention in the audio is to do a warm-up campaign after the initial records are set up. Find 20-30 known contacts. Send an email and then ask them to reply. This benefits your sender reputation.
