Bin is an independent, legal specialist recruiter, and has been recruiting into private practice firms since 2005. Bin started off her career working in television after completing her degree in media before making the move over to recruitment, and she started with a large corporate agency for 3 years and then moved to a niche professional services agency for 14 years. In January 2020, after having her children, Bin decided to set up her own independent legal recruitment agency - Sparkes Recruitment.
