In this episode, Romeo interviews an old friend and former coworker, Marcus Bradley Donovan, aka The Pasteurized Chef.  Marcus spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry, starting out as a dishwasher and became a head chef at the ripe old age of 24 years, and then went on to become an owner soon after, and has also worked with multiple celebrity chefs throughout his years in the industry.  After sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury in the kitchen, he was forced to leave the industry he loved and forge a new path toward an old passion.  Now the proud co-founder and co-owner of CrushingDC and District Dogface Studio, and Co-host of the DC local podcast, The District of Misfits Show, Marcus shares with Romeo his past success and failures, how these experiences have contributed to the creation of his current ventures, and how they have helped to carve out new pathways to his future goals.
