On the cocktail side of things Matthew is drinking a Gin Old Fashioned while Ben is drinking a Gin & It. Recipes below.

Gin Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Green Tea Syrup
• 2 Dashes Ginger Bitters
• Lemon Peel for Garnish

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, preferably a large ice cube, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Gin & It

• 1 3/4 oz London Dry Gin
• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to desired dilution. Strain into Nick & Nora glass.
