As a Messianic leader who continues to oversee the largest Messianic congregation in Odessa, Ukraine, he is here to give us insight into what is happening in this country going through tremendous suffering, as well as the history of the Budapest Referendum on Security Assurances. Join Rabbi Schneier as he digs into the importance of G-d's repeated emphasis for keeping promises. This relates not only to our own lives but also to the nations that have not kept their promises to Ukraine.
