Shownotes
I’m very grounded in where I am now, but that wasn’t always the case. I know firsthand that this personal growth journey is HARD! We want our personal growth to be perfectly laid out with a set plan in place, but...it doesn’t work like that. Our personal growth and healing doesn’t have a certain ‘end date’; it’s more of a practice of trust and release to have faith in knowing that we ARE on the path that is meant for us, regardless of how long it takes!
In today’s episode, I’m talking about cultivating confidence, sucking at something new, and taking brave action. For me, my definition of success has greatly changed over the last year. As an Enneagram 3, I used to believe success meant chasing and achieving big goals so I would be ‘enough’, and people would love me. But no...it’s doing meaningful work that I truly LOVE, and is actually making a difference in other women’s lives!
In this episode, I cover:
- Why your personal growth and healing journey doesn’t have an ‘end date’, and it won’t be laid out ‘perfectly’ either
- How my definition of success has dramatically changed in the last year
- Understanding that you can’t ‘magically’ create confidence, because it’s cultivated by taking brave, scary action
- Realizing that you’re already capable and qualified to start doing that ‘thing’ that you know you’re meant to do
- The beauty that awaits you when you come HOME to yourself + fully know, love, and trust yourself
