A new season is born on today’s equinox! In the Northern Hemisphere, we tip into Spring, more time in the light than in the darkness, and the astrological new year of Aries season.

Traditionally, it’s a time of birth, blossoming, and new beginnings . . . and yet. In today’s episode, Natalie reminds us that beginnings come from endings, that what blossoms forth comes from what’s brewing under the surface, and that birth isn’t pretty-perfect, it’s a messy and fierce declaration of independence.
