Matt Ricketts is the co-founder and Chief Experience Officer of Better Life Maids a residential cleaning service based in St. Louis, MO.

Together with his wife Angela, Matt has grown Better Life Maids to a multi-seven figure business. Matt is focused on generating sustainable profits, and creating systems that let his business run without him day to day. Prior to founding Better Life Maids with is wife Angela, Matt was an airline pilot for nearly a decade. Much of that experience formed how he runs Better Life Maids.
