Eric G.:

There's a big difference when you're looking at trailers and you guys seem to have really come up with the secret to building something strong and reliable without being over the top on price.

Brad Nelson:

Yeah, and that's exactly it.

Brad Nelson:

We are competing with all those that you were you just mentioned and there are some of those and there's a lot of trailer companies that make a good trailer.

Brad Nelson:

We think ours are the best and, and we stand behind our stuff better than most.

Brad Nelson:

But yeah, so we've designed it to make sure that it's going to work and it's going to do what it's supposed to do.

Brad Nelson:

And that's the market we're in is really.

Brad Nelson:

And that's one of our challenges is that we have.

Brad Nelson:

And maybe not even the flimsy trailer that you were describing, but you also have.

Eric G.:

But I wanted to make sure that we cover this really well and you understand it.

Eric G.:

One of the biggest problems when we're talking about paying with a credit card or debit card with a contractor is not so much you paying them in the fees associated.

Eric G.:

But I have seen contractors get burned by upset homeowners.

Eric G.:

So the one I saw was a contractor that took the down payment and the cabinet payment on Visa, MasterCard or whatever.

Eric G.:

And I think what it was is the homeowner wanted to get their miles so they could pay for a trip.

Eric G.:

So they wanted to get their airline miles.

Eric G.:

Okay, I understand that.

Eric G.:

But the problem was is the remodel went along, they paid their deposit and their cabinet deposit down on that cabinet showed up and the homeowner wasn't totally happy with the finish.

Eric G.:

And I think the contractor was ordering doors or something like that.

Eric G.:

They disputed the charges.

Eric G.:

All that and more on Saturday's around the House show with Eric G.
