This week, we discussed community building and highlighted the importance of starting conversations with community members to get feedback and engagement. Additionally, we talked about the benefits of using Discord as a way to quickly see what's happening in other online communities.

Community engagement is important for fostering a thriving community. This can be done by being intentional about posting things that will spur discussion, and by asking questions that draw out valuable information from community members. Community leaders should also be present and available to engage with their community.
