How well are you taking care of yourself? It’s a question that we all need to ask ourselves from time to time. This is especially true when we are going through a stressful season of life. This tends to be the time when our self-care suffers the most. We sacrifice our own well-being for the sake of reaching our goals.
In today’s episode host LaKeisha Entsuah chats with Dr. Nicole Monteiro and licensed psychologist, mental health expert, and creator of the Center for Healing and Development. Dr. Monteiro specializes in trauma-informed therapy, PTSD, and the mental health treatment of war survivors. She shares with us how we can learn to truly nurture ourselves and operate from a place of abundance. Dr. Monteiro also shares how we can be proactive about our self-care as we pursue our goals.
