I’m stuck. There’s a lot I’d like to do at my house, but at this point, I don’t even know how to start. Ever been there? I’m Dan Hansen and this is a minute at RepcoLite.

My whole point in all of this is to talk to myself and get myself moving again. Hopefully you find something valuable along the way that may help you in your various degrees of STUCK.

Now, momentum is what you need when you’re stuck. And the best way to get even just a little momentum is to start something small and finish it. With that in mind, I organized a single cupboard last night.  It wasn’t much. It didn’t take much work . . . but after about 15 minutes, everything in that little space was organized, easy to find, and I felt better. It was painless–I did it while I was letting dinner cook.

What do I gain from that tiny project? Momentum and a sense of satisfaction that one small project can be crossed off a list. And as I said, I feel better–even just a little–about the kitchen. It’s a baby step. But when you’re stuck . . . baby steps are what you need. We’ll keep going tomorrow. I’m Dan Hansen and that’s a Minute at RepcoLite.
