Speaker:very important thing about aging, and that means they why
Speaker:joint skin and brain and also energy level all age together,
Speaker:if you ever thought about it that when you start feeling
Speaker:stiff with joints, you also notice little more wrinkles on
Speaker:your face, and maybe you're focusing, not the same as
Speaker:before, and maybe your energy level drops. Well, this is not a
Speaker:coincidence. This is biology. Most people think that what
Speaker:happens is everything is separate, so I can fix my skin
Speaker:or I can fix my joints separately from everything else.
Speaker:But it's not true. Actually body, it does not age in parts.
Speaker:It is one system, and one of the most overlooked part of this
Speaker:system is connective tissue, or extracellular matrix. Your body
Speaker:is built of a living internal framework that is made basically
Speaker:from collagen, hyaluronic acid, hondurated sulfate and other
Speaker:glyco aminoglycans and structural water. And this
Speaker:matrix surrounds everything, every cell, every joint, every
Speaker:nerve, every even every brain cell. So when this matrix
Speaker:degenerates, it influenced the entire body. If this matrix is
Speaker:well hydrated, if it's elastic and resilient, that everything
Speaker:works, that your joints work, your wrinkles almost don't show
Speaker:up, and your energy level is great, and your way of you know
Speaker:you are very sharp, but as we age or live In chronic
Speaker:inflammation or stress or dehydration or poor nutrition,
Speaker:then this matrix starts to degenerate, and then you will
Speaker:dry out. You become stiff and do not think properly. You know you

Speaker:synovial fluid dries out and wrinkles. The dry skin becomes
Speaker:like paper, and the brain communication slows down and the
Speaker:energy will become tired and and so on. So everybody says, ah,
Speaker:that's normal because I'm I am older. But that's not true. It's
Speaker:not normal. It's degeneration of connective tissue. So that's
Speaker:why, when you start to solve the problem, many people try to
Speaker:solve this problem by taking care of each of this things
Speaker:separately. So, for example, when they have wrinkles, they
Speaker:say, Okay, I do the plastic surgery, or I buy very expensive
Speaker:cream, or I do Botox injection, and I will look fantastic. Or
Speaker:they go and say, you have prey problems with joint let's do
Speaker:joint replacement, and that will solve my problem. Or let's say
Speaker:that I drink every day the energy drink, and that will
Speaker:solve my problem. Well, this is not going to solve your problem,
Speaker:because this The problem is that everything is connected together
Speaker:and accesses a system, and the main component of the system is
Speaker:connective tissue. So aging is not about wrinkles, it's about
Speaker:the collapse of structural integrity. So what is good news?
Speaker:Good news is that this biology is dynamic, and the body still
Speaker:has the capacity of to regenerate and but we need to
Speaker:support it properly. So what do we need? We need bio active
Speaker:signaling, nutrition. This is what I'm talking all the time
Speaker:about, not in. Have bio available, but it has to be
Speaker:bioactive, anti inflammatory foods, anti inflammatory
Speaker:supplements, proper protein quality, circulation and
Speaker:movement, proper sleep patterns and hydration that reacts that
