very important thing about aging, and that means they why

joint skin and brain and also energy level all age together,

if you ever thought about it that when you start feeling

stiff with joints, you also notice little more wrinkles on

your face, and maybe you're focusing, not the same as

before, and maybe your energy level drops. Well, this is not a

Speaker:

coincidence. This is biology. Most people think that what

Speaker:

happens is everything is separate, so I can fix my skin

Speaker:

or I can fix my joints separately from everything else.

Speaker:

But it's not true. Actually body, it does not age in parts.

Speaker:

It is one system, and one of the most overlooked part of this

Speaker:

system is connective tissue, or extracellular matrix. Your body

Speaker:

is built of a living internal framework that is made basically

Speaker:

from collagen, hyaluronic acid, hondurated sulfate and other

glyco aminoglycans and structural water. And this

matrix surrounds everything, every cell, every joint, every

nerve, every even every brain cell. So when this matrix

that's normal because I'm I am older. But that's not true. It's

not normal. It's degeneration of connective tissue. So that's

why, when you start to solve the problem, many people try to

solve this problem by taking care of each of this things

separately. So, for example, when they have wrinkles, they

say, Okay, I do the plastic surgery, or I buy very expensive

cream, or I do Botox injection, and I will look fantastic. Or

Speaker:

they go and say, you have prey problems with joint let's do

Speaker:

joint replacement, and that will solve my problem. Or let's say

Speaker:

that I drink every day the energy drink, and that will

Speaker:

solve my problem. Well, this is not going to solve your problem,

Speaker:

because this The problem is that everything is connected together

and accesses a system, and the main component of the system is

Speaker:

connective tissue. So aging is not about wrinkles, it's about

the collapse of structural integrity. So what is good news?

Good news is that this biology is dynamic, and the body still

has the capacity of to regenerate and but we need to
