Small business owners have many bad habits! The worst is making simple things overly complicated. A bloated 17 point plan that we all really have no hope or desire to actually execute at any point.

We read all of these posts, blogs, websites, webinars, etc. We want to do everything, skimming through pages, learning and absorbing all that we can from anyone we can. Sometimes we don’t know any better and do a little of everything without really focusing on one thing in particular.

It’s all buffet style marketing and it only brings pain, suffering and an upset stomach.

The trick is going deep into one thing.

Go deep, not wide.
