They look at the results that are showing up, kick them around a bit, complain about them, blame others for them, shake their fist at them and on and on and on; all while expecting things to change because of their mindless actions.

Tracing what is showing up back to its root cause allows you to make quantum shifts at the point that makes all the difference in the world, at the point that is actually creative.
