We run an online community where we support entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey and host an annual festival that attracts people from all walks of life.\r\n\nIt's been a fun filled journey and along the way we\u2019ve made so many friends and learned so much. We have now gathered around us people who aren\u2019t just startups but also seasoned business owners and experienced professionals. They come from diverse backgrounds but with a common need to find more meaning and purpose in the work they do. Our work has therefore evolved beyond supporting startups to also supporting individuals who want to grow personally.\r\n\nAnd so we\u2019re wondering whether our name is limiting us because there are people out there who\u2019d benefit from coming to our events or being part of our community but don\u2019t identify with the word startup.\r\n\nSo this is our effort to share our thoughts and get feedback from our members and followers.
