It\ncan also help us connect with a higher power or spiritual practice.\u00a0 It can remind us of the impermanence of life\nand the solace and comfort that can come from connecting with something greater\nthan ourselves.</p>\n<p>We must approach our sadness\nwith gentleness and compassion, giving ourselves permission to experience the\nfull expression of our emotions, with all the ebbs and flows, without judgement\nor expectation.
