He talks about his friendship with Jacob and how the school\u2019s peer mentorship program works.\r\n\n\n(4:12) Kyle McElvaney, the program\u2019s director, discusses the Inclusion Program\u2019s goals and structure, and Amie, Jacob\u2019s mom, mentions how this program differs from those in the public schools.\r\n\n\n(7:31) Jacob\u2019s dad Steve talks about how they approached St. Mary to get this program started and the support they found from school administration.
