They really don\u2019t need us to launch into \u201ccoaching mode\u201d or to be told what to do about it. \n\nToday on The Karen Kenney Show, we\u2019re talking about being more aware of our desire to \u201cbe helpful\u201d or give unsolicited advice, where our input is actually desired and when we should just keep our big mouth shut - including on social media platforms. \n\nThis doesn\u2019t mean that we can\u2019t offer our POV if invited, but rather we should start from a place of inquiry and curiosity rather than one of the all-knowing \u201cego\u201d authority.\n\nPerhaps consider that the next time someone comes to you with their concerns don\u2019t just jump in there all ablaze, \u201cspilling your helpfulness\u201d all over them. Ha!\n\nInstead, remember the cheeky words, \u201cNobody asked you, Karen!\u201d and come from a willingness to listen and learn.
