As a head coach, she took the team to super-regionals and developed her players&#8217; mental game with the sport psychology skills she had learned.<br />\nShe currently runs a training facility, <a href=\"https://www.facebook.com/DiamondFastpitchinc/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Diamond Fastpitch</a>, where she gives pitching lessons and applies mental skills with her athletes. She also teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses at the University and consults with athletes in all sports, but especially softball. \ud83d\ude42<br />\nShe also works as a consultant with teams, including the\u00a0Chicago Bandits. She implements team-building activities to strengthen the bond within the team and reflective activities to help the players increase their motivation.
