Ms. Gill has a Master of Environmental Management degree from Yale University and a\u00a0B.A.\u00a0in History from the University of Notre Dame. She has also worked for the\u00a0EPA\u2019s Office of the Chief Financial Officer and for ICF International in Atlanta, where she helped administer Georgia Power\u2019s energy efficiency programs. She currently serves on the board of the East Tennessee Chapter of the\u00a0U.S.\u00a0Green Building Council.
