The team has won four consecutive conference tournament titles and has advanced to the NCAA Regional Championship in each of the past four years. In that time, two of her players received All-America honors, three conference Player of the Year honors and three conference Pitcher of the Year honors.<br />\nShe has coached at top-tier schools across multiple divisions and served as the Sport Psychology consultant while receiving her master&#8217;s.
